Pulapka na myszy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca segment dolny i górny, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment dolny ma postac walca z kolnierzem, przy czym sciana boczna kolnierza jest wypukla i znajduje sie w nim wybranie, majace, w widoku z przodu, zarys pólkola. Segment górny ma ksztalt walca, na którego scianie bocznej znajduje sie kilka podluznych wglebien odchodzacych od krawedzi sciany górnej segmentu oraz jedno wybranie o zarysie pólkola usytuowane od strony przedniejsegmentu. The mousetrap according to the industrial design, comprising a lower and upper segment, has the following essential features: the lower segment is in the form of a cylinder with a collar, the side wall of the collar being convex and having a recess in it, having a semicircular outline in the front view. The upper segment has the shape of a cylinder, with several longitudinal recesses extending from the edge of the upper segment wall on its side, and one semicircular recess located on the front side of the segment. Furthermore, circular outlines are visible in the upper trap wall area, and circular outlines and an outline composed of a rectangle and a semicircle are visible in the lower wall area, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
