Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac tulei, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia tuleje do dlugo- pisu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- tuleje w widoku z bo- ku, fig.3- tuleje w widoku z tylu, fig.4- tuleje w widoku z przodu, fig.5- tuleje w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- tu- leje w widoku z góry, a fig.7- tuleje w widoku z dolu. Tuleja do dlugopisu wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, maja- ca ksztalt walca, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w polu jej po- wierzchni zewnetrznej znajduje sie pojedyncza linia spiralna. The essence of the design is a new form of the sleeve, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the pen sleeve in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the sleeve in a side view, Fig. 3 - the sleeve in a back view, Fig. 4 - the sleeve in a front view, Fig. 5 - the sleeve in a view from the other side, Fig. 6 - the sleeve in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the sleeve in a bottom view. The pen sleeve according to the ornamental design, having the shape of a cylinder, is characterized by a single spiral line in the area of its outer surface. PL PL PL
