Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szczotki do zebów, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- szczotke do zebów w widoku z przodu, fig.3- szczotke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- szczotke w widoku z boku, fig.5- szczotke w widoku z góry, a fig.6- szczotke w widoku z dolu. Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej raczka ma ksztalt bryly, która ma w podstawie pó- lowal z lukowata podstawa, przy czym w polu wypuklej scianyprzedniej znajduje sie obszar w ksztalcie prostokata, którego jeden krótszy bok i dluzsze boki sa lukowate, a w obszarze tym usytuowane sa: wkleslosc, a w niej dwie wkladki o zary- sach trójkatów równoramiennych z zaokraglonymi narozami i lu- kowatymi bokami, oraz kilkanascie wypuklosci majacych, w wi- doku z przodu, zarysy koliste. Na scianie bocznej raczki przebiega lukowata linia. The essence of the design is a new form of a toothbrush, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the toothbrush in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the toothbrush in a front view, fig. 3 - the brush in a back view, fig. 4 - the brush in a side view, fig. 5 - the brush in a top view, and fig. 6 - the brush in a bottom view. The toothbrush, according to the model, is characterized by its handle having a solid shape with a semicircle at its base with an arcuate base, wherein the convex front wall contains a rectangular area with one shorter side and the longer sides arcuate. This area contains a concavity, and within it are two inserts with the outlines of isosceles triangles with rounded corners and arcuate sides, as well as several convexities that, when viewed from the front, have circular outlines.
