Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia miernik glu- kozy w widoku z góry, fig.2- miernik glukozy w widoku z boku, fig.3- miernik glukozy w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4- mier- nik glukozy w widoku z dolu, fig.5- miernik glukozy w widoku z tylu, fig.6- miernik glukozy w widoku z przodu, a fig.7- miernik glukozy w widoku perspektywicznym. Miernik glukozy wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt bryly, w której sciana górna i dolna maja zarysy figur obejmujacych czesc kola i czesc owalu, zas scia-ny boczne, sciana tylna i przednia maja zarysy owalne, przy czym w polu sciany górnej widoczne sa obszary koliste, kwa- dratowe, trójkatne i obszar czworokatny z trzema lukowatymi bokami. W polu sciany dolnej widoczne sa zarysy koliste, lu- kowate i prostokatny, zas w polu sciany przedniej usytuowane jest wybranie o zarysie pólowalu. Ponadto w polu sciany bocznej znajduje sie obszar prostokatny, przy czym poprzez sciane przednia, tylna oraz sciany boczne przebiega obwodowa linia podzialowa. The essence of the design is a new form of glucose meter, manifested in its shape. The glucose meter is intended for measuring glucose in human blood. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the glucose meter from above, fig. 2 - the glucose meter from a side view, fig. 3 - the glucose meter from the other side view, fig. 4 - the glucose meter from below, fig. 5 - the glucose meter from the back view, fig. 6 - the glucose meter from the front view, and fig. 7 - the glucose meter from a perspective view. The glucose meter, according to the formula, is characterized by its solid shape, in which the upper and lower walls have outlines of figures encompassing part of a circle and part of an oval, while the side walls, rear wall, and front wall have oval outlines. The upper wall area contains circular, square, triangular, and quadrangular areas, as well as a quadrangular area with three arc-shaped sides. The lower wall area contains circular, arc-shaped, and rectangular outlines, while the front wall area contains a recess with a semi-oval outline. Furthermore, the side wall area contains a rectangular area, with a circumferential dividing line running through the front, rear, and side walls.
