Kostka mydla Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia:19.01.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kostka mydla. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kostki mydla, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok kostki mydla w rzucie z góry; fig. 2 - widok kostki mydla w rzucie z boku, fig. 3 - perspektywiczny widok kostki mydla od strony dluzszego boku. Kostka mydla wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ogólnie ksztalt bryly wpisanej w prostopadloscian, która charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w rzucie pionowym przedstawia figure o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata. Dluzsze boki prostokata stanowia wzajemnie równolegle, proste odcinki, w przyblizeniu o jednakowej dlugosci, zaokragleniami przechodzace w odcinki boków krótszych. Boki krótsze figury maja ksztalt luków, skierowanych strona wypukla na zewnatrz figury. W rzucie poziomym kostka tworzy figure, której krawedzie górna i dolna, wzajemnie równolegle maja ksztalt luków, przyczym krawedz górna skierowana jest strona wypukla na zewnatrz figury, natomiast krawedz dolna skierowana jest strona wypukla do wewnatrz. Krawedzie te polaczone sa lukowatymi krawedziami bocznymi. Na górnej, wypuklej powierzchni kostki usytuowane jest lekko skosnie w stosunku do dluzszych jej boków elipsoidalne wglebienie, w którego srodku znajduje sie owalna wypuklosc o górnej powierzchni pokrywajacej sie z górna powierzchnia kostki mydla. The essence of the design is a new form of a bar of soap, manifested in its shape. The soap bar, according to the ornamental design, generally has the shape of a solid inscribed in a cuboid, which is characterized by the fact that in vertical view it presents a figure with a shape similar to a rectangle. The longer sides of the rectangle are mutually parallel, straight segments of approximately equal length, with rounded corners merging into segments of the shorter sides. The shorter sides of the figure are arc-shaped, with the convex side facing outward. In horizontal projection, the cube forms a figure whose upper and lower edges, parallel to each other, are arc-shaped, with the upper edge facing outward, while the lower edge faces inward. These edges are connected by arc-shaped side edges. On the upper, convex surface of the cube, slightly oblique to the longer sides, is an ellipsoidal recess, located in the center of which is an oval protrusion, the upper surface of which coincides with the upper surface of the soap bar.
