Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac diamentu, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia diament w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- diament w widoku z przodu, fig.3- diament w widoku z tylu, fig.4- diament w widoku z gó- ry, fig.5- diament w widoku z dolu, fig.6- diament w widoku z boku, a fig.7- diament w widoku z drugiego boku. Diament wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac bryly obejmujacej dwa osmiosciany, któ- rych podstawy sa szesciobokami i które przylegaja do siebiewiekszymi podstawami, przy czym sciana tylna kazdego osmios- cianu przebiega pionowo, zas dwie sciany boczne i trzy sciany przednie przebiegaja skosnie od podstawy górnej do podstawy dolnej osmioscianu .Ponadto wysokosc dolnego osmioscianu jest okolo 2,2 razy wieksza od wysokosci górnego osmioscianu. The essence of the design is a new form of a diamond, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the diamond in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the diamond in a front view, fig. 3 - the diamond in a back view, fig. 4 - the diamond in a top view, fig. 5 - the diamond in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the diamond in a side view, and fig. 7 - the diamond in a view from the other side. The diamond, according to its ornamental pattern, is characterized by having the form of a solid encompassing two octahedrons, the bases of which are hexagons and which are adjacent to each other by their larger bases, with the rear face of each octahedron running vertically, while the two side faces and three front faces run diagonally from the upper base to the lower base of the octahedron. Furthermore, the height of the lower octahedron is approximately 2.2 times greater than the height of the upper octahedron. PL PL PL
