Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tarcza zegarka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltu i ornamentacji tarczy zegarka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia tarcze zegarka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- tarcze zegarka w widoku z przodu, fig.3- tarcze zegarka w widoku z tylu, fig.4- tarcze zegarka widoku z boku, fig.5- tarcze zegarka w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- tarcze zegarka w widoku z góry, a fig.7- tarcze zegarka w widoku z dolu. Tarcza zegarka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plytki o zarysie kwadratu, którego jeden z boków ma zarys lukowaty, a naroza sa zaokraglone. W polu powierzchni górnej plytki widoczny jest zarys zlozony utworzony przez piec nachodzacych na siebie kól, przy czym w srodku kazdego kola znajduje sie otwór. Zarys zlozony otoczony jest zarysem kolistym utworzonym z siedmiu sekwencji zarysów linii równoleglych, przy czym sekwencje te oddzielone sa osmioma parami linii polozonych na pozycjach odpowiadajacych polozeniu nastepujacych godzin : godziny pierwszej, drugiej, czwartej, piatej, siódmej, ósmej, dziesiatej i jedenastej. Ponadto w polu powierzchni górnejplytki widoczne jest koliste wglebienie usytuowane w prawym górnym narozu plytki, zas w polu sciany dolnej plytki widoczne sa cztery walcowe wystepy, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3FIG.4FIG.5FIG.6FIG.7 PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a watch face. The design's novelty and individual character are reflected in the lines, contours, shape, and ornamentation of the watch face. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the watch face in perspective, Fig. 2 - the watch face in front view, Fig. 3 - the watch face in back view, Fig. 4 - the watch face in side view, Fig. 5 - the watch face in other side view, Fig. 6 - the watch face in top view, and Fig. 7 - the watch face in bottom view. The watch face, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is in the form of a plate with a square outline, one side of which is arcuate and the corners are rounded. The top surface of the plate shows a composite outline formed by five overlapping circles, each with a hole in the center. The composite outline is surrounded by a circular outline formed by seven sequences of parallel line outlines, separated by eight pairs of lines at the following hour positions: one, two, four, five, seven, eight, ten, and eleven o'clock. Furthermore, the top surface of the plate shows a circular recess in the upper right corner of the plate, while the bottom wall of the plate shows four cylindrical projections, as shown in the accompanying illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
