Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koperta do zegarka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu, linii i konturów koperty do zegarka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia koperte do zegarka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- koperte w widoku z góry, fig.3- koperte w widoku z dolu, fig.4- koperte w widoku z przodu, fig.5- koperte w widoku z tylu, fig.6- koperte w widoku z boku, a fig.7- koperte w widoku z drugiego boku. Koperta do zegarka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sciana górna ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt ostroslupa scietego, w którym prostokatna podstawa ma dwa dluzsze boki o zarysie lukowatym, przy czym w scianie znajduje sie wybranie, w którym usytuowana jest charakterystyczna tarcza podzialowa zawierajaca dziewiec slupków polozonych przy trzech krawedziach tarczy i umieszczonych w miejscach odpowiadajacych polozeniu nastepujacych godzin: drugiej, trzeciej, czwartej, piatej, szóstej, siódmej, ósmej, dziewiatej i dziesiatej. Wnetrze tarczy jest wypelnione elementami o zarysach kolistych, trójkatnych, trapezowychi wielokatnych zas wskazówki usytuowane w centrum tarczy maja spiczaste zakonczenia od strony ich zewnetrznego konca. Sciana dolna koperty ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu ostroslupa scietego, w którym prostokatna podstawa ma dwa dluzsze boki o zarysie lukowatym, przy czym w scianie znajduje sie wybranie, w którym znajduja sie dwa podobne segmenty obejmujace elementy o zarysach kolistych. Pomiedzy wspomnianymi segmentami polozony jest podluzny element z napisem slownym. Od strony przedniej i tylnej koperty widoczne sa dwie pary wystepów stanowiacych ucha kopert, zas na wypuklej scianie bocznej koperty usytuowane jest walcowe pokretlo, którego sciana boczna jest rowkowana, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3FIG.4FIG.5FIG.6FIG.7 PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a watch case. The design's novelty and individual character are reflected in the shape, lines, and contours of the watch case. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the watch case in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the case from above, Fig. 3 shows the case from below, Fig. 4 shows the case from the front, Fig. 5 shows the case from the back, Fig. 6 shows the case from the side, and Fig. 7 shows the case from the other side. The watch case, based on an industrial design, has the following significant features: the upper face is roughly in the shape of a truncated pyramid, with a rectangular base having two longer arc-shaped sides. The face contains a recess in which a distinctive subdivision dial is located, containing nine columns located at three edges of the dial and positioned at the following hours: two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten. The interior of the dial is filled with circular, triangular, trapezoidal, and polygonal elements, while the hands located in the center of the dial have pointed ends on their outer ends. The bottom wall of the envelope is roughly shaped like a truncated pyramid, with a rectangular base having two longer arcuate sides. The bottom wall has a recess containing two similar segments containing circular elements. Between these segments is an elongated element with a word inscription. Two pairs of protrusions constituting the envelope handles are visible on the front and back sides of the envelope, while a cylindrical knob is located on the convex side wall of the envelope, the side wall of which is grooved, as shown in the attached illustrations from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
