Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: pojemnik ma, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys figury powstalej z polaczenia okregui trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami, przy czym od strony przedniej pojemnika widoczne jest wybranie majace w przyblizeniu zarys lezki, a we wnetrzu wybrania widoczne sa trzy lukowate ozdobne zebra oraz szereg malych, ozdobnych, stozkowatych wystepów ulozonych na zarysach lukowatych pomiedzy zebrami i scianka wybrania. W czesci górnej pojemnika w wystepie o zarysie trapezowym widoczny jest otwór prostokatny, w którym usytuowana jest podwieszka odswiezacza majaca postac zawinietej tasmy, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l oraz od fig.3 do fig.7. Nastepny odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: pojemnik ma, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys figury powstalej z polaczenia okregu i trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami, przy czym od strony przedniej pojemnika widoczne jest wybranie majace w przyblizeniu zarys lezki, a we wnetrzu wybrania widoczne sa trzy lukowate ozdobne zebra oraz szereg malych, ozdobnych, stozkowatych wystepów ulozonych na zarysach lukowatych pomiedzy zebrami i scianka wybrania. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows an air freshener in a perspective view, fig. 2 - another air freshener in a perspective view, fig. 3 - the air freshener from fig. 1 in a side view, fig. 4 - the air freshener from fig. 1 in a top view, fig. 5 - the air freshener from fig. 1 in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the air freshener from fig. 1 in a front view, fig. 7 - the air freshener from fig. 1 in a back view, fig. 8 - the air freshener from fig. 2 in a side view, fig. 90 - the air freshener from fig. 2 in a front view, fig. 10 - the air freshener from fig. 2 in a back view, fig. 11 - the air freshener from fig. 2 in a top view, and fig. 12 - the air freshener from fig. 2 in a bottom view. The air freshener, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: the container has, in front and back views, the outline of a figure formed by combining a circle of an isosceles trapezoid with arc-shaped arms. The front of the container shows a recess roughly in the shape of a teardrop, and inside the recess are three arc-shaped decorative ribs and a series of small, decorative, conical protrusions arranged on the arc-shaped outlines between the ribs and the recess wall. In the upper part of the container, in the trapezoidal protrusion, there is a rectangular opening in which the freshener's suspension is located, in the form of a wrapped ribbon, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 to Fig. 7. The next air freshener, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: the container has, in front and back views, the outline of a figure formed by combining a circle and an isosceles trapezoid with arc-shaped arms, wherein the front side of the container shows a recess roughly in the shape of a teardrop, and inside the recess are visible three arc-shaped decorative ribs and a number of small, decorative, conical protrusions arranged on the arc-shaped outlines between the ribs and the wall of the recess. In the upper part of the container, a rectangular opening is visible in the trapezoidal protrusion, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 2 and from Fig. 8 to Fig. 12.
