Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt krazka, który jest poziomo sciety od dolu i który w widoku z boku ma zarys trapezu prostokatnego, przy czym sciana przednia jest przepuszczalna, a sciana tylna jest plaska i przebiega skosnie w stosunku do poziomej sciany stanowiacej podstawe odswiezacza. Od strony sciany przedniej widoczna jest wypuklosc majaca ksztalt zblizony do szescioramiennej gwiazdki, której ramiona maja zarysy choinek. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a front perspective view, fig. 2 - the air freshener in a back perspective view, fig. 3 - the air freshener in a front view, fig. 4 - the air freshener in a back view, fig. 5 - the air freshener in a top view, fig. 6 - the air freshener in a bottom view, fig. 7 - the air freshener in a side view, fig. 8 - the air freshener in a view from the other side, fig. 9 - the air freshener in a cross-section in the X-X direction in fig. 4, and fig. 10 - the air freshener in a cross-section in the Y-Y direction in fig. 4. The air freshener, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a disc that is horizontally cut at the bottom and which, when viewed from the side, has the outline of a rectangular trapezoid, the front wall is permeable and the rear wall is flat and runs diagonally to the horizontal wall constituting the base of the air freshener. A protrusion is visible from the front wall, having a shape similar to a six-pointed star, the arms of which have the outline of Christmas trees. The lowered surfaces surrounding the protrusion are covered with a refreshing material, as shown in the attached drawings, figs. 1 to 10.
