Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odbiornik TV. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odbiornika TV. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odbiornik TV w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odbiornik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odbiornik w widoku z tylu, fig.4- odbiornik w widoku z boku, fig.5- odbiornik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- odbiornik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- odbiornik w widoku z dolu. Odbiornik TV wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy plaski kineskop i profilowana obudowe, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z boku zarys sciany górnej obudowy ma ksztalt w przyblizeniu rozciagnietej i splaszczonej litery „S", przy czym wysokosc obudowy zmniejsz sie w kierunku ku tylowi. Po obu stronach prostokatnego wybrania pod kineskop widoczne sa dwa prostokatne pola z siatka wentylacyjna. W widoku z góry i z dolu, sciany boczne obudowy maja ksztalt zblizony do zarysu „S" sciany górnej obudowy. W polu sciany górnej obudowy widoczny jest obszar wentylowany powtarzajacy zarysem zarys sciany górnej obudowy. Obszar ten zawiera równiez pas równoleglychszczelin. W polu sciany dolnej obudowy widoczne sa liczne zebra o zarysach prostokatnych, pólowalnych i kolistych, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a TV receiver. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the TV receiver. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the TV receiver in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the receiver in a front view, Fig. 3 - the receiver in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the receiver in a side view, Fig. 5 - the receiver in a side view, Fig. 6 - the receiver in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the receiver in a bottom view. The TV receiver according to the industrial design, comprising a flat picture tube and a profiled housing, has the following significant features: in a side view, the outline of the upper housing wall has the shape of an approximately stretched and flattened "S," with the height of the housing decreasing towards the rear. On both sides of the rectangular recess for the picture tube are two rectangular areas with a ventilation mesh. In the top and bottom views, the side walls of the housing have a shape similar to the "S" outline of the upper housing wall. In the upper housing wall area, a ventilated area is visible, repeating the outline of the upper housing wall. This area also contains a strip of parallel slots. In the lower housing wall area, numerous ribs with rectangular, semi-oval and circular outlines are visible, as shown in the attached illustration, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
