Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odbiornik TV. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odbiornika TV. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia odbiornik TV w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odbiornik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odbiornik w widoku z tylu, fig.4- odbiornik w widoku z boku, fig.5- odbiornik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- odbiornik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- odbiornik w widoku z dolu. Odbiornik TV wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy obudowe z plaskim, prostokatnym kineskopem na profilowanej podstawie, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z przodu i z tylu obudowa ma zarys prostokata z lukowato zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym na plaskiej scianie przedniej obudowy widoczne sa dwa prostokatne pola bocznych glosników. Na scianie tylnej obudowy, która jest wypukla, widoczna jest pokrywa, polozona centralnie i laczaca sie z podpora profilowanej podstawy. Ponadto na scianie tylnej obudowy po obu stronach pokrywy widoczny jest pas wentylacyjny, a w dolnym narozu gniazdo o zarysie prostokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami. Profilowanapodstawa ma w widoku z boku zarys kata ostrego, przy czym obejmuje ona plaska plyte o zarysie owalnym oraz skosna podpore dochodzaca do wypuklej sciany tylnej obudowy. Ponadto, na scianie tylnej obudowy znajduje sie panel sterujacy z seria poziomych przycisków. W czesci górnej obudowy znajduje sie pokrywa wentylacyjna majaca, w widoku z góry, w przyblizeniu zarys trapezu równoramiennego. W polu sciany dolnej plaskiej,owalnej plyty podstawy widoczne sa wyciecia i nózki, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a TV receiver. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the TV receiver. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the TV receiver in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the receiver in a front view, Fig. 3 - the receiver in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the receiver in a side view, Fig. 5 - the receiver in a side view, Fig. 6 - the receiver in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the receiver in a bottom view. The TV receiver according to the industrial design, comprising a housing with a flat, rectangular picture tube on a profiled base, has the following essential features: in front and rear views, the housing has a rectangular outline with rounded corners, with two rectangular side speaker fields visible on the flat front wall of the housing. The convex rear wall of the housing features a centrally located cover that connects to the support of the profiled base. Furthermore, a ventilation strip is visible on both sides of the rear wall, and a rectangular socket with arcuate shorter sides is visible in the lower corner. The profiled base, viewed from the side, has an acute angle, encompassing a flat oval plate and a diagonal support that extends to the convex rear wall of the housing. Furthermore, the rear wall features a control panel with a series of horizontal buttons. The upper part of the housing features a ventilation cover that, viewed from above, roughly resembles an isosceles trapezoid.
