Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt krazka, który jest poziomo sciety od dolu i który w widoku z boku ma zarys trapezu prostokatnego, przy czym sciana przednia jest przepuszczalna, a sciana tylna jest plaska i przebiega skosnie w stosunku do poziomej sciany stanowiacej podstawe odswiezacza. W polu sciany przedniej widoczna jest centralna wypuklosc o zarysie dwóch czteroramiennych gwiazdek, usytuowanych wspólsrodkowo jedna nad druga, szesc obszarów o zarysie trójkata równoramiennego, którego podstawa jest lukowata oraz dwa trójkaty ostrokatne. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in its shape. An air freshener according to an industrial design has the following essential features: it has the shape of a disc which is horizontally truncated at the bottom and which in a side view has the outline of a rectangular trapezoid, the front wall being permeable and the rear wall being flat and running obliquely to the horizontal wall constituting the base of the freshener. In the area of the front wall there is a central protrusion in the outline of two four-pointed stars, arranged concentrically one above the other, six areas in the outline of an isosceles triangle with an arcuate base, and two acute-angled triangles. The depressed surfaces surrounding the protrusion are covered with a freshening material, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 10.
