Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia koszyk w wi- doku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig.2- koszyk w wi- doku perspektywicznym z tylu i z boku, fig.3- koszyk w widoku z boku, fig.4- koszyk w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- koszyk w widoku z góry, fig.6- koszyk w widoku z dolu, fig.7- koszyk w widoku z przodu, a fig.8- koszyk w widoku z tylu.Koszyk wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepu- jace cechy istotne: ma postac w przyblizeniu dysku, na które- go przedniej scianie znajduje sie nakladka majaca, w widoku z przodu, zarys kolisty, przy czym srodek nakladki jest prze- suniety wzgledem srodka kolistej sciany przedniej koszyka. Na tylnej scianie koszyka znajduje sie plaskie obnizenie ma- jace, z widoku z tylu, ksztalt w przyblizeniu czesci kola, przy czym na scianie obnizenia znajduje sie kilkanascie szczelin, a przy obnizeniu przebiega wypietrzenie stanowiace przedluzenie wypuklej czesci sciany tylnej koszyka i majace, w widoku z tylu, zarys kola, na którego srednicy znajduje sie wyciecie majace, w widoku z góry i z dolu, zarys litery "U". The novelty and originality of the design is reflected in the shape of the basket. The basket is used as packaging for fragrances. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the basket in a perspective view from the front and side, fig. 2 - the basket in a perspective view from the back and side, fig. 3 - the basket in a side view, fig. 4 - the basket in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the basket in a top view, fig. 6 - the basket in a bottom view, fig. 7 - the basket in a front view, and fig. 8 - the basket in a back view. The basket according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it has the form of an approximately disk, on the front wall of which there is an overlay having, in a front view, a circular outline, the center of the overlay being shifted relative to the center of the circular front wall of the basket. On the rear wall of the basket there is a flat depression which, from the rear view, is roughly in the shape of a part of a circle, wherein the depression wall has several slits, and next to the depression there is a raised area which is an extension of the convex part of the rear wall of the basket and has, from the rear view, the outline of a circle, in the diameter of which there is a cutout which, from the top and bottom view, has the outline of the letter "U".
