Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z przodu, fig.2- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z tylu, fig.3- odswiezacz powietrza usytuowany pionowo w widoku z boku, a fig.4- odswiezacz powietrza usytuowany poziomo w widoku z boku.Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna zawierajaca srodek odswiezajacy ma ksztalt stozka scietego o podstawie owalnej, przy czym na powierzchni wiekszej jego podstawy znajduje sie plaski owalny kolnierz w polu, którego usytuowane sa trzy otwory, z których dwa boczne maja zarysy w przyblizeniu soczewek, a srodkowy ma zarys prostokata, którego dluzsze boki sa faliste, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 4.FIG . 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 PL3/JONES Stuart Michael Ruan Design registration valid from: 30 January 2003 Priority: 31 July 2002 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a front view, Fig. 2 - the air freshener in a back view, Fig. 3 - the air freshener positioned vertically in a side view, and Fig. 4 - the air freshener positioned horizontally in a side view. The air freshener according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the lower part containing the freshener has the shape of a truncated cone with an oval base, wherein on the larger surface of its base there is a flat oval collar in the field of which there are three openings, two of which side have outlines resembling lenses, and the central one has the outline of a rectangle whose longer sides are wavy, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1 to 4.
