Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.5- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, skladajaca sie z korpusu z szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: przezroczysty korpus obejmuje cztery segmenty, z których segment górny ma ksztalt poziomo scietej kopuly, drugi segment o d góry ma ksztalt walca, w którym krawedzie przy podstawach sa lukowato zaokraglone, trzeci segment od góry ma najwieksza wysokosc i ma ksztalt walca z wklesnieta sciana boczna, w polu, której znajduje sie szesc symetrycznych ozdobnych wklesniec ozarysie prostokata, zas dolny segment ma ksztalt walca, którego krawedz przy dolnej podstawie jest lukowato zaokraglona. Segmenty oddzielone sa od siebie niskimi walcowymi powierzchniami. Ponadto dno butelki ma centralne wybrzuszenie skierowane do wnetrza korpusu, przy czym na powierzchni wybrzuszenia widoczny jest ozdobny zarys szesciu wklesniec imitujacych zarysy platków kwiatu, które sa ulozone wokól centralnego kolistego zarysu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.5.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4 Fig. 5 PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the bottle's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The industrial-design bottle, consisting of a body with a neck, has the following significant features: the transparent body comprises four segments, of which the upper segment is in the shape of a horizontally truncated dome; the second segment from the top is cylindrical with rounded arched edges at the bases; the third segment from the top is the highest and has the shape of a cylinder with a concave side wall, within which are six symmetrical decorative concavities in the outline of a rectangle; and the lower segment is cylindrical with a rounded arched edge at the lower base. The segments are separated by low cylindrical surfaces. Moreover, the bottom of the bottle has a central bulge directed towards the interior of the body, and on the surface of the bulge there is a visible decorative outline of six concavities imitating the outlines of flower petals, which are arranged around the central circular outline, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 5.
