Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu i kolorystyki pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- nastepny pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3- pojemnik z fig.l w widoku z przodu, fig.4- pojemnik z fig.l w widoku z góry, fig.5- pojemnik z fig.l w widoku z dolu, fig.6- pojemnik z fig.2 w widoku z przodu, fig.7- pojemnik z fig.2 w widoku z góry, a fig.8- pojemnik z fig.2 w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy segment dolny i górny, oddzielone obwodowa linia podzialowa, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment dolny ma ksztalt scietej odgóry i od dolu kuli, przy czym w polu plaskiej sciany dolnej znajduja sie dwa symetryczne pólkuliste wglebienia, zas segment górny, ma ksztalt scietej kuli, której zarys stanowi dopelnienie kulistego ksztaltu segmentu dolnego. Przy krawedzi dolnej segmentu górnego znajduje sie wiele promieniowych wybran. Ponadto w polu górnej, plaskiej powierzchni segmentu górnego usytuowana jest wypukla wkladka, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.l oraz od fig.3 do fig.5. Nastepny pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy segment dolny i górny, oddzielone obwodowa linia podzialowa, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: segment dolny ma ksztalt scietej od góry i od dolu kuli, przy czym w polu plaskiej sciany dolnej znajduja sie dwa symetryczne pólkuliste wglebienia, zas segment górny, ma ksztalt scietej kuli, której zarys stanowi dopelnienie kulistego ksztaltu segmentu dolnego. Przy krawedzi dolnej segmentu górnego znajduje sie wiele promieniowych wybran. Ponadto w polu górnej, plaskiej powierzchni segmentu górnego usytuowana jest wypukla wkladka. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the container's shape and color features. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the next container in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - the container in Fig. 1 in a front view, Fig. 4 - the container in Fig. 1 in a top view, Fig. 5 - the container in Fig. 1 in a bottom view, Fig. 6 - the container in Fig. 2 in a front view, Fig. 7 - the container in Fig. 2 in a top view, and Fig. 8 - the container in Fig. 2 in a bottom view. The industrial design container, comprising a bottom and top segment, separated by a circumferential dividing line, has the following essential features: the bottom segment is shaped like a truncated sphere, with two symmetrical hemispherical recesses in the area of the flat bottom wall, while the top segment is shaped like a truncated sphere, the outline of which complements the spherical shape of the bottom segment. A plurality of radial recesses are located at the bottom edge of the top segment. Furthermore, a convex insert is located in the area of the upper, flat surface of the top segment, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Figs. 3 to 5. The next industrial design container, comprising a lower and upper segment, separated by a circumferential dividing line, has the following essential features: the lower segment is shaped like a sphere truncated at the top and bottom, with two symmetrical hemispherical recesses in the area of the flat bottom wall, while the upper segment is shaped like a truncated sphere, the outline of which complements the spherical shape of the lower segment. A plurality of radial recesses are located at the lower edge of the upper segment. In addition, a convex insert is located in the area of the upper, flat surface of the upper segment. The lower segment is blue, while the upper segment and the insert are red, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 2 and Fig. 6 to Fig. 8.
