Zamkniecie do pojemnika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna zamkniecia stanowi walec, którego powierzchnia boczna ma wiele pionowych rowków, zas czesc górna obejmuje: w przyblizeniu walcowa szyjke o mniejszej srednicy niz czesc dolna zamkniecia i której powierzchnia boczna jest wklesla, kolnierz o falistej krawedzi dolnej, który zachodzi na czesc dolna zamkniecia oraz plaska kolista odchylna przykrywke z zaokraglona krawedzia i srednica nieco wieksza od srednicy szyjki. Srednica walcowej czesci dolnej zamkniecia jest okolo trzykrotnie wieksza od jej wysokosci, zas stosunek srednicy czesci dolnej do wysokosci zamkniecia wynosi w przyblizeniu 1,8. W widoku z przodu, lukowata krawedz kolnierza czesci górnej zamkniecia w najnizszym miejscu pokrywa sie ze srodkiem wysokosci walcowej czesci dolnej, a szerokosc kolnierza w najszerszym miejscu jest mniejsza od wysokosci szyjki czesci górnej zamkniecia, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig.l oraz od fig.4 do fig.8. Kolejne zamkniecie do pojemnika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc dolna zamkniecia stanowi walec, którego powierzchnia boczna ma wiele pionowych rowków, zas czesc górna obejmuje: w przyblizeniu walcowa szyjke o mniejszej srednicy niz czesc dolna zamkniecia i której powierzchnia boczna jest wklesla, kolnierz o falistej krawedzi dolnej, który zachodzi na czesc dolna zamkniecia oraz plaska kolista odchylna przykrywke z zaokraglona krawedzia i srednica nieco wieksza od srednicy szyjki. Srednica walcowej czesci dolnej zamkniecia jest okolo 3,5 razy wieksza od jej wysokosci, zas stosunek srednicy czesci dolnej do wysokosci zamkniecia wynosi w przyblizeniu 1,6. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the container closure. The closure for a container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the lower part of the closure is a cylinder whose lateral surface has a plurality of vertical grooves, and the upper part comprises: an approximately cylindrical neck of a smaller diameter than the lower part of the closure and whose lateral surface is concave, a collar with a wavy lower edge which overlaps the lower part of the closure, and a flat circular hinged cover with a rounded edge and a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the neck. The diameter of the cylindrical lower portion of the closure is approximately three times its height, and the ratio of the diameter of the lower portion to the height of the closure is approximately 1.8. In a front view, the arcuate edge of the collar of the upper portion of the closure at its lowest point coincides with the midpoint of the height of the cylindrical lower portion, and the width of the collar at its widest point is less than the height of the neck of the upper portion of the closure, as shown in the accompanying illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 to Fig. 8. The next closure for a container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the lower part of the closure is a cylinder whose side surface has a plurality of vertical grooves, and the upper part comprises: an approximately cylindrical neck with a smaller diameter than the lower part of the closure and whose side surface is concave, a collar with a wavy lower edge that overlaps the lower part of the closure, and a flat circular hinged cover with a rounded edge and a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the neck, the diameter of the cylindrical lower part of the closure is approximately 2.3 times greater than its height, and the ratio of the diameter of the lower part to the height of the closure is approximately 1.4. In a front view, the arcuate edge of the collar of the upper part of the closure at its lowest point is located below the center of the cylindrical lower part, and the width of the collar at its widest point is less than the height of the neck of the upper part of the closure, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2 and Fig. 9 to Fig. 13. Another closure for a container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the lower part of the closure is a cylinder whose side surface has a plurality of vertical grooves, and the upper part comprises: an approximately cylindrical neck of a smaller diameter than the lower part of the closure and whose side surface is concave, a collar with a wavy lower edge which overlaps the lower part of the closure, and a flat circular hinged cover with a rounded edge and a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the neck. The diameter of the cylindrical lower portion of the closure is approximately 3.5 times its height, and the ratio of the diameter of the lower portion to the height of the closure is approximately 1.6. In a front view, the arcuate edge of the collar of the upper portion of the closure at its lowest point is located below the center of the cylindrical lower portion, and the width of the collar at its widest point is approximately equal to the height of the neck of the upper portion of the closure, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 3 and Figs. 14 to Fig. 18.
