Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik dozujacy do dozowania tabletek w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.5- pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig.6- pojemnik w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.7- pojemnik w widoku z tylu. Pojemnik dozujacy do dozowania tabletek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy segment lewy i prawy, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry i z dolu ma zarys figury bedacej polaczeniem dwóch zarysów pólowalnych, a w widoku z boku ma zarys owalny. Segment lewy ma wysokosc nieco mniejsza niz segment prawy. W polu sciany górnej segmentu lewego znajduje sie otwór o zarysie kolistym, zas w polu sciany górnej segmentu prawego widoczne jest wybranie majace zarys prostokata. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the tablet dispensing container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the tablet dispensing container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the container in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the container in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the container in a bottom view, Fig. 6 shows the container in a side view, and Fig. 7 shows the container in a rear view. The tablet dispensing container according to the industrial design, comprising left and right segments, has the following essential features: in top and bottom views, it has an outline of a figure that is a combination of two semi-oval outlines, and in side view, it has an oval outline. The left segment is slightly shorter in height than the right segment. In the upper wall area of the left segment, there is a circular opening, while in the upper wall area of the right segment, there is a rectangular recess. The edge of the upper wall of the right segment, running above the surface of the upper wall of the left segment, has the outline of a line composed of two straight line segments connected to a semicircle line, as shown in the attached drawing, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
