Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wklad z zapasem do urzadzenia odswiezajacego. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie wkladu z zapasem do urzadzenia odswiezajacego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia wklad z zapasem do urzadzenia odswiezajacego w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- wklad w widoku z boku, fig.3- wklad w widoku z tylu, fig.4- wklad w widoku z góry, a fig.5- wklad w widoku z dolu. Wklad z zapasem do urzadzenia odswiezajacego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy podstawe usytuowana na trzech nózkach oraz pojemnik posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: podstawa, w widoku z góry i z dolu, ma zarys owalu, a od jej strony przedniej i tylnej znajduja sie dwa symetryczne wystepy polozone przy krawedzi dolnej. Krawedz górna podstawy obniza sie lukowato na jej strony boczne tworzac sciane boczna podstawy okolo dwukrotnie nizsza od strony tylnej w stosunku do wysokosci sciany bocznej od strony przedniej. Na scianie bocznej podstawy znajduje sie wystep o zarysie owalnym, z trzema lukowatymi, wypuklymi zebrami. Na plaskiej czesci sciany górnej podstawy widocznyjest element w ksztalcie wiatraczka. Od strony tylnej podstawy usytuowany jest pojemnik w ksztalcie walca z wybraniem od strony wiatraczka. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the refill for the freshening device. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the refill for the freshening device in perspective views from above, from the front, and from the side; Fig. 2 shows the refill from the side; Fig. 3 shows the refill from the back; Fig. 4 shows the refill from above; and Fig. 5 shows the refill from below. The refill for the freshening device according to the industrial design, comprising a base supported by three legs and a container, has the following essential features: the base, viewed from above and below, has an oval outline, and its front and rear sides have two symmetrical projections located near the bottom edge. The upper edge of the base curves downward toward its sides, creating a side wall approximately half the height of the rear side wall compared to the height of the front side wall. The side wall of the base features an oval-shaped protrusion with three arched, convex ribs. A pinwheel-shaped element is visible on the flat part of the upper wall of the base. A cylindrical container with a recess on the pinwheel side is located on the rear side of the base.
