Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym na scianke przednia, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - butelke w widoku z boku na przeciwlegly bok do fig. 3, zas fig. 7 -przedstawia butelke w widoku z góry. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1- shows the bottle in perspective view on the front wall, fig. 2 - bottle in front view, fig. 3 - bottle in side view, fig. 4 - bottle in front view. bottom view, fig. 5 - bottle in rear view, fig. 6 - bottle in side view to the opposite side to fig. 3, and fig. 7 - is a top view of the bottle.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in shape.

Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze od prostokatnej podstawy rozszerza sie ku górze, przy czym powierzchnie przednia i tylna ma lekko wybrzuszona o zewnetrznym ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy. Krawedz górna elipsy usytuowana jest na okolo 5/6 wysokosci butelki, nastepnie butelka posiada przewezenie tworzace owalna szyjke. W górnej czesci powierzchni przedniej i tylnej usytuowane sa okragle elementy. The bottle is characterized by the fact that from the rectangular base it widens upwards, with the front and back surfaces slightly curved with an external shape similar to an ellipse. The upper edge of the ellipse is approximately 5/6 of the height of the bottle, then the bottle has a recess forming an oval neck. Round elements are arranged in the upper part of the front and rear surfaces.

Powierzchnie boczne od podstawy zwiekszaja swoja szerokosc ku górze i na wysokosci okolo 5/6 od podstawy butelki jest ona o okolo polowe szersza niz przy podstawie. Ksztalt zewnetrzny powierzchni bocznych, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, odpowiada ksztaltowi zewnetrznemu powierzchni elipsoidalnych. The side surfaces from the base increase their width upwards and at a height of about 5/6 from the base of the bottle it is about half wider than at the base. The outer shape of the lateral surfaces, as seen from the front and rear, corresponds to the outer shape of the ellipsoidal surfaces.
