Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przedstawiona na rysunkach, przeznaczona do przechowywania produktów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym na scianke przednia, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - butelke w widoku z boku na przeciwlegly bok do fig. 3, zas fig. 7 -przedstawia butelke w widoku z góry. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze od prostokatnej podstawy rozszerza sie ku górze, przy czym powierzchnie przednia i tylna ma lekko wybrzuszona o zewnetrznym ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy. Krawedz górna elipsy usytuowana jest na okolo 5/6 wysokosci butelki, nastepnie butelka posiada przewezenie tworzace owalna szyjke. W górnej czesci powierzchni przedniej i tylnej usytuowane sa okragle elementy. Powierzchnie boczne od podstawy zwiekszaja swoja szerokosc ku górze i na wysokosci okolo 5/6 od podstawy butelki jest ona o okolo polowe szersza niz przy podstawie. Ksztalt zewnetrzny powierzchni bocznych, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, odpowiada ksztaltowi zewnetrznemu powierzchni elipsoidalnych. Otwór wlewowo-wylewowy butelki jest owalny a jego wieksza srednica odpowiada maksymalnej szerokosci powierzchni bocznej butelki, zas mniejsza srednica jest o okolo 1/3 wieksza od mniejszej srednicy podstawy butelki.Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 5 Fig. 6 PLThe subject of the industrial design is the bottle shown in the drawings, intended for storing products. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view of the front wall, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a bottom view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a back view, Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a side view opposite Fig. 3, and Fig. 7 shows the bottle in a top view. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The bottle is characterized by widening upwards from a rectangular base, with slightly bulging front and rear surfaces, with an external shape similar to an ellipse. The upper edge of the ellipse is located approximately 5/6 of the bottle's height, then the bottle has a narrowing, creating an oval neck. Circular elements are located in the upper part of the front and rear surfaces. The side surfaces increase in width upwards from the base, and at a height of approximately 5/6 from the base, the bottle is approximately half as wide as at the base. The external shape of the side surfaces, in front and rear views, corresponds to the external shape of the ellipsoidal surfaces. The bottle's filling and pouring opening is oval, and its larger diameter corresponds to the maximum width of the side surface of the bottle, while the smaller diameter is approximately 1/3 larger than the smaller diameter of the bottle's base.
