Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle according to the design in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. -5 - the bottle in a bottom view. A bottle comprising a transparent container and a round cap closing the container outlet, according to the model, is characterized in that the container has an elliptical shape in a top and bottom view, wherein in the top view the round cap is visible as situated essentially centrally and internally in relation to the elliptical outline of the container walls, and furthermore both side walls of the container have an arc-shaped outline in a front view, widening downwards, wherein one of the side walls has a raised bulge situated at a distance from the container outlet of approximately 1/3 of the container height, and on both flattened front walls of the container there are identical recesses surrounded by a distinct contour running in an arc from a place situated centrally in relation to the flattened front walls the container at the height of the bulge of the side wall towards the side wall provided with this bulge and passing in an arc into a substantially rectilinear contour situated close to the base of the container, and the lower part of the circular cap has a cylindrical neck placed at the mouth of the container and having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the upper grooved part of the cap closing the container.
