Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie kufla . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kufel w wido- ku z boku, a fig.2- kubel w widoku perspektywicznym. Kufel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy czare i ucho o zarysie litery "U" ze szkla przezroczystego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czara ma ksztalt stozka scietego, w którym srednica wiekszej podstawy jest okolo 1,1 razy wiek-sza od srednicy mniejszej podstawy, przy czym mniejsza pod- stawa stozka stanowi dno kufla, które jest od dolu wklesle, zas scianka boczna czary przebiega skosnie ku dolowi i gru- bosc scianki przy krawedzi górnej czary jest okolo 3,5 razy mniejsza niz grubosc scianki ponad dnem, zas ucho usytuowane jest tak, ze jego srodek polozony jest nieco powyzej srodka czary, a odleglosc dolnego punktu przyczepienia ucha od dna jest nieco wieksza od odleglosci górnego punktu zaczepienia ucha od krawedzi górnej czary, a ponadto grubosc ucha w oko- licy jego srodka jest okolo 1,6 razy wieksza od grubosci dna mierzonej posrodku dna, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym ry- sunku, fig.1 do 2. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the mug. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the mug from a side view, and fig. 2 - the mug from a perspective view. An industrial-style mug, comprising a bowl and a U-shaped handle made of transparent glass, has the following essential features: the bowl has the shape of a truncated cone, in which the diameter of the larger base is approximately 1.1 times greater than the diameter of the smaller base, the smaller base of the cone forms the bottom of the mug, which is concave at the bottom, the side wall of the bowl runs diagonally downwards and the thickness of the wall at the edge of the upper bowl is approximately 3.5 times smaller than the thickness of the wall above the bottom, the handle is situated so that its centre is slightly above the centre of the bowl, and the distance of the lower point of attachment of the handle from the bottom is slightly greater than the distance of the upper point of attachment of the handle from the edge of the upper bowl, and in addition the thickness of the handle around the face of its center is approximately 1.6 times greater than the bottom thickness measured in the center of the bottom, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 2.
