Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z dolu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.4- butelke w widoku z boku, a fig.5- butelke w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne : sciany boczne korpusu, w widoku z przodu, maja zarysy faliste, przy czym wklesniecia scian bocznych znajduja sie nieco ponizej polowy wysokoscikorpusu. Sciana górna korpusu jest posrodku wklesla, a w jej centrum wypietrza sie szyjka z gwintem. W widoku z dolu zarys dna butelki stanowi elipse. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a bottom view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a side view, and fig. 5 - the bottle in a top view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: the side walls of the body, in a front view, have wavy outlines, with the concavities of the side walls located slightly below half the height of the body. The upper wall of the body is concave in the middle, and a threaded neck protrudes from its center. From the bottom view, the bottle bottom is an ellipse.
