W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pudelko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie,powierzchni i ukladzie linii.Wzór pudelka uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pudelko w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, w polozeniu otwartym, fig. 2 przedstawia pudelko w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, w polozeniu zamknietym , fig. 3 - przedstawia pudelko w widoku od góry, fig. 4 - przedstawia pudelko w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - przedstawia pudelko w widoku od przodu, fig. 6 - przedstawia pudelko w widoku od tylu, fig. 7 - przedstawia pudelko w widoku z jednego boku, fig. 8 - przedstawia pudelko w widoku z drugiego boku. Pudelko wedlug wzoru sklada sie ze skrzynki i wieczka polaczonych ze soba na tylnej sciance. Pudelko ma ksztalt piecioscianu o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach, którego przednia czesc sklada sie z dwóch scianek ustawionych wzgledem siebie pod katem rozwartym, boczne scianki sa lekko wypukle, natomiast tylna scianka jest prosta. Powierzchnia bocznych scianek skrzynki i wieczka oraz przedniej i tylnej scianki skrzynki i wieczka jest gladka natomiast powierzchnia górnej scianki wieczka i dolnej scianki skrzynki jest pofalowana przy czym wypuklosci i wglebienia sa równolegle do scianki tylnej. Ponadto wypuklosci na górnej sciance wieczka odpowiadaja wglebieniom na dolnej sciance skrzynki zas wglebienia na górnej sciance wieczka odpowiadaja na wypuklosciom na dolnej sciance skrzynki. Natomiast wewnatrz skrzynki na tylnej sciance sa dwa elementy, z których kazdy sklada sie z trzech podluznych czesci. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze pudelko sklada sie ze skrzynki i wieczka polaczonych ze soba na tylnej sciance i ma ksztalt piecioscianu o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach, przy czym przednia czesc pudelka sklada sie z dwóch scianek ustawionych wzgledem siebie pod katem rozwartym, jego boczne scianki sa lekko wypukle, natomiast tylna scianka jest prosta a ponadto powierzchnia bocznych scianek skrzynki i wieczka oraz przedniej i tylnej scianki skrzynki i wieczka jest gladka natomiast powierzchnia górnej scianki wieczka i dolnej scianki skrzynki jest pofalowana przy czym wypuklosci i wglebienia sa równolegle do scianki tylnej i ponadto wypuklosci na górnej sciance wieczka odpowiadaja wglebieniom na dolnej sciance skrzynki zas wglebienia na górnej sciance wieczka odpowiadaja na wypuklosciom na dolnej sciance skrzynki i ponadto na bocznej sciance pudelka, na calym jego obwodzie, znajduje sie kolnierz, który stanowi koncowa krawedz wieczka przy czym z tylu na kolnierzu sa dwa prostokatne wystepy zas na styku dwóch przednich scianek, powyzej kolnierza, jest element kopulkowy, a wewnatrz skrzynki, na jej tylnej sciance, sa dwaelementy, z których kazdy sklada sie z trzech podluznych czesci jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 8. Compared to similar products of this type, the industrial design box is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, surface, and line layout. The box design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the box in a perspective view from the front, in the open position; Fig. 2 shows the box in a perspective view from the front, in the closed position; Fig. 3 shows the box in a top view; Fig. 4 shows the box in a bottom view; Fig. 5 shows the box in a front view; Fig. 6 shows the box in a back view; Fig. 7 shows the box in a side view; Fig. 8 shows the box in a side view. The box design consists of a box and a lid connected at the back wall. The box has a pentahedron shape with rounded edges and corners. The front part consists of two walls set at an obtuse angle to each other. The side walls are slightly convex, while the rear wall is straight. The surface of the side walls of the box and lid, as well as the front and rear walls of the box and lid, is smooth, while the surface of the top wall of the lid and the bottom wall of the box is wavy, with the convexities and recesses running parallel to the rear wall. Furthermore, the convexities on the top wall of the lid correspond to the recesses on the bottom wall of the box, and the recesses on the top wall of the lid correspond to the recesses on the bottom wall of the box. On the side wall of the box, along its entire circumference, there is a collar, which forms the final edge of the lid. At the back of the collar are two rectangular protrusions, and above the collar is a domed element at the junction of the two front walls. Inside the box, on the rear wall, there are two elements, each consisting of three elongated sections. The essential features of the industrial design are that the box consists of a box and a lid connected to each other at the back wall and has the shape of a pentahedron with rounded edges and corners, wherein the front part of the box consists of two walls positioned at an obtuse angle to each other, its side walls are slightly convex, while the back wall is straight and, in addition, the surface of the side walls of the box and the lid and the front and back walls of the box and the lid are smooth, while the surface of the top wall of the lid and the bottom wall of the box is wavy, wherein the convexities and recesses are parallel to the back wall and, in addition, the convexities on the top wall of the lid correspond to the recesses on the bottom wall of the box and, in addition, on the side wall of the box, on around its entire circumference, there is a collar, which constitutes the end edge of the lid, while at the back of the collar there are two rectangular projections, and at the junction of the two front walls, above the collar, there is a dome-shaped element, and inside the box, on its rear wall, there are two elements, each of which consists of three longitudinal parts as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 8.
