Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.3- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.4- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.5- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus i dwusegmentowa nakrywke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly, której podstawa jestowalna, sciany boczne i sciana górna sa wypukle, zas sciany przednia i tylna sa wypukle w czesci górnej i dolnej, zas posrodku kazdej z tych scian znajduje sie wybranie, którego krawedz ma w przyblizeniu zarys trójkata równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami i podstawa oraz lukowato zaokraglonymi narozami. W widoku z boku, krawedz wybrania ma zarys lukowaty. W centrum wspomnianego wybrania usytuowane jest owalne zaglebienie. W polu dna korpusu znajduja sie dwa wglebienia o zarysach kolistych. Na scianie górnej korpusu usytuowana jest dwusegmentowa nakrywka, której dolny segment ma ksztalt walca, zas górny segment stanowi nizsze, trzy przylegajace do siebie elementy, przy czym na górnej powierzchni jednego z elementów znajduje sie znak graficzny w ksztalcie strzalki, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 5. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from the front, from above, and from the side, fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The industrial design bottle, comprising a body and a two-segment cap, has the following essential features: the body has a solid shape with an oval base, convex side walls and a convex top, and convex front and rear walls at the top and bottom. At the center of each of these walls is a recess, the edge of which roughly resembles an isosceles triangle with arcuate legs and a base and arcuately rounded corners. From a side view, the edge of the recess has an arcuate outline. An oval recess is located in the center of the recess. The bottom of the body has two circular recesses. On the upper wall of the body there is a two-segment cover, the lower segment of which is cylindrical in shape, while the upper segment consists of three lower, adjacent elements, wherein on the upper surface of one of the elements there is a graphic sign in the shape of an arrow, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 5.
