Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie telefonu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia telefon w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- telefon w widoku z przodu, fig.3- telefon w widoku z boku, fig.4- telefon w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- telefon w widoku z tylu, fig.6- telefon w widoku dolu, a fig.7- telefon w widoku z góry. Telefon wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: pole sciany przedniej majacej zarys trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami izaokraglonymi narozami podzielone jest na trzy obszary oddzielone poziomymi liniami podzialowymi, przy czym w srodkowym obszarze znajduje sie prostokatne okno oraz dwa przyciski usytuowane przy dolnej linii podzialowej tego obszaru, na której znajduje sie wybranie w ksztalcie stozka. We wspomnianym wybraniu usytuowana jest wypuklosc z nakladka o zarysie kwadratowym, wewnatrz której znajduje sie wystep o zarysie mniejszego kwadratu. W polu dolnego obszaru znajduje sie trzynascie przycisków owalnych oraz dwa przyciski pólowalne polozone przy linii podzialowej. Od strony dolnej i od strony górnej telefon ma w przyblizeniu zarys trapezu równoramiennego, przy czym na scianie dolnej znajduje sie wybranie o obrysie prostokatnym. W polu tego obrysu widoczne sa liczne zarysy prostokatne, zas w polu sciany górnej telefonu widoczne sa dwa zarysy pólowalne polozone wewnatrz obrysu prostokatnego z zaokraglonymi dwoma narozami. Priority: 24/09/2002 (Sweden). The subject of the industrial design is a telephone. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the telephone. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the telephone in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the telephone in a front view, fig. 3 - the telephone in a side view, fig. 4 - the telephone in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the telephone in a back view, fig. 6 - the telephone in a bottom view, and fig. 7 - the telephone in a top view. The industrial design telephone has the following essential features: the front panel, shaped like an isosceles trapezoid with arcuate arms and rounded corners, is divided into three areas separated by horizontal dividing lines. The central area contains a rectangular window and two buttons located at the lower dividing line of this area, which contains a cone-shaped recess. This recess contains a square-shaped convexity with a cap, inside which is a protrusion shaped like a smaller square. The lower panel contains thirteen oval buttons and two semi-oval buttons located at the dividing line. The phone has a roughly isosceles trapezoid shape on both the top and bottom sides, with a rectangular recess on the bottom side. Within this outline, numerous rectangular outlines are visible, while within the top wall of the phone, two semi-oval outlines are visible, located within the rectangular outline with two rounded corners. The dividing lines from the front wall overlap the convex parts of the side walls of the phone, as shown in the attached drawings, figs. 1 to 7.
