Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie solarium . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia solarium w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- solarium w widoku z przodu, fig.3- solarium w widoku z tylu, fig.4- solarium w widoku z boku, fig.5- solarium w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- so- larium w widoku z góry, a fig.7- solarium w widoku z dolu. Solarium wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace • - odstawe jezdna oraz czesc górna, posiada nastepujace cechyistotne: element poziomy podstawy jezdnej ma postac rury wy- profilowanej w ksztalt litery "U", przy czym kazde ramie usy- tuowane jest na dwóch kólkach, zas pionowy element podstawy ma pokretlo regulacyjne i element ten jest zagiety u góry i zakonczony uchwytem zachodzacym na sciane górna czesci gór- nej solarium, przy czym pionowy element podstawy jest usytuo- wany na prawo w stosunku do pionowej plaszczyzny symetrii elementu poziomego. Czesc górna solarium ma ksztalt czworos- cianu, którego sciany boczne maja zarysy czesci kola, a scia- na górna i dolna ma zarys prostokatny. W polu kazdej sciany bocznej czesci górnej solarium znajduje sie szesc szczelin ulozonych na zarysie lukowatym. W polu sciany górnej czesci górnej solarium widoczna jest nakladka wentylacyjna majaca zarys owalny z centralnym kolistym otworem, przy czym po- wierzchnia górna nakladki jest wypukla, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the solarium. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the solarium in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the solarium in a front view, fig. 3 - the solarium in a back view, fig. 4 - the solarium in a side view, fig. 5 - the solarium in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the solarium in a top view, and fig. 7 - the solarium in a bottom view. An industrial-design solarium, comprising a • - mobile base and an upper section, has the following essential features: the horizontal element of the mobile base is in the form of a U-shaped tube, with each arm mounted on two wheels, while the vertical element of the base has an adjustment knob and is bent at the top and terminated with a handle that overlaps the upper wall of the upper section of the solarium, with the vertical element of the base being located to the right of the vertical plane of symmetry of the horizontal element. The upper section of the solarium is in the shape of a tetrahedron, the side walls of which have the outline of parts of a circle, and the upper and lower walls have a rectangular outline. Each side wall of the upper section of the solarium has six slots arranged in an arcuate outline. In the upper part of the solarium wall there is a visible ventilation cover with an oval outline and a central circular opening, the upper surface of the cover being convex, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 7.
