Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odkurzacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia odkurzacz w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2- odkurzacz w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, z boku i z góry, fig.3- odkurzacz w widoku z przodu, fig.4- odkurzacz w widoku z tylu, fig.5- odkurzacz w widoku z boku, fig.6- odkurzacz w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.7- odkurzacz w widoku z góry, a fig.8- odkurzacz w widoku z dolu.Odkurzacz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy korpus na dwóch duzych kolach jezdnych i jednej malej rolce usytuowanej w polu sciany dolnej, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sciany boczne korpusu maja zarys w przyblizeniu trójkata równobocznego z lukowatymi ramionami i z zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym w narozu trójkatnej sciany bocznej polozone jest duze kolo, które wchodzi w pole wkladki o zarysie trójkata równoramiennego, przy czym powierzchnia wkladki usytuowanej na jednej scianie bocznej jest gladka, zas powierzchnia wkladki usytuowanej na drugiej scianie bocznej jest podzielona wieloma równoleglymi zeberkami. W polu sciany przedniej korpusu znajduje sie centralny dwusegmentowy wystep, którego segment lewy ma zarys litery „U", a segment prawy ma zarys w przyblizeniu pólowalu i znajduje sie w nim otwór o zarysie kolistym. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the vacuum cleaner. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the vacuum cleaner in a perspective view from the front, side and top, fig. 2 - the vacuum cleaner in a perspective view from the back, side and top, fig. 3 - the vacuum cleaner in a front view, fig. 4 - the vacuum cleaner in a back view, fig. 5 - the vacuum cleaner in a side view, fig. 6 - the vacuum cleaner in a view from the other side, fig. 7 - the vacuum cleaner in a top view, and fig. 8 - the vacuum cleaner in a bottom view. The vacuum cleaner according to the industrial design, comprising a body on two large wheels and one small roller located in the area of the bottom wall, has the following essential features: the side walls of the body have an outline of an approximately equilateral triangle with arcuate arms and rounded corners, wherein in the corner of the triangular side wall there is a large wheel which enters the area of the insert with a triangular outline isosceles, wherein the surface of the insert located on one side wall is smooth, while the surface of the insert located on the other side wall is divided by many parallel ribs. In the field of the front wall of the body there is a central two-segment protrusion, the left segment of which has the outline of the letter "U", and the right segment has the outline of an approximately semi-oval and there is an opening with a circular outline. In the upper part of the field of the front wall of the body there is a recess with a rectangular outline, and above this recess, in the field of the upper wall of the body there is a larger rectangular recess, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to fig. 8.
