Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawa do odkurzacza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie podstawy do odkurzacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia podstaw e do odkurzacza w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- podstawe w widoku z przodu, fig.3- podstawe w widoku z tylu, fig.4- podstawe w widoku z boku, fig.5- podstawe w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- podstawe w widoku z góry, a fig.7- podstawe w widoku z dolu. Podstawa do odkurzacza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus i profilowana wkladke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly, której podstawa ma zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu równoramiennego z falistymi ramionami i lukowata mniejsza podstawa oraz lukowato zaokraglonymi narozami przy mniejszej podstawie. Sciana tylna korpusu przebiega pionowa, zas sciana przednia jest wklesla, przy czym na wkleslej scianie przedniej znajduje sie profilowana wkladka, której górnakrawedz wypietrza sie ponad plaska sciane górna korpusu. Na scianie górnej korpusu znajduje sie wielostopniowy wystep, który w przyblizeniu ma ksztalt stozka scietego o podstawie owalnej, przy czym w srodkowym segmencie wystepu widoczne sa liczne pionowe zebra polozone na obwodzie segmentu. W polu profilowanej wkladki widoczne jest, w czesci dolnej, wybranie majace w przyblizeniu zarys trójkata równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami, zas krawedz górna wkladki ma zarys lukowaty. W polu sciany dolnej korpusu widoczne sa cztery nózki o zarysach kolistych oraz zarysy prostokatne i trapezowe, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vacuum cleaner base. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the vacuum cleaner base. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the vacuum cleaner base in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the base in a front view, Fig. 3 - the base in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the base in a side view, Fig. 5 - the base in a side view, Fig. 6 - the base in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the base in a bottom view. The vacuum cleaner base according to the industrial design, comprising a body and a profiled insert, has the following essential features: the body has the shape of a solid, the base of which has an outline approximately of an isosceles trapezoid with wavy arms and an arcuate smaller base, as well as arcuately rounded corners at the smaller base. The rear wall of the body is vertical, while the front wall is concave. The concave front wall features a profiled insert, the upper edge of which rises above the flat upper wall of the body. The upper wall features a multi-stage projection, roughly in the shape of a truncated cone with an oval base. The central segment of the projection features numerous vertical ribs around the segment's circumference. The lower section of the profiled insert features a recess roughly in the shape of an isosceles triangle with arcuate legs, while the upper edge of the insert has an arcuate outline.
