Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maska przednia samochodu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu maski przedniej samochodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia maske przednia samochodu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- maske w widoku z przodu, fig.3- maske w widoku z tylu, fig.4- maske w widoku z boku, fig.5- maske w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- maske w widoku z góry, a fig.7- maske w widoku z dolu. Maska przednia samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma w przyblizeniu, zarys trapezu równoramiennego, którego ramiona sa lukowate, zas w widoku z boku powierzchnia maski jest zalamana tak, ze tworzy w przyblizeniu zarys kata rozwartego. W polu powierzchni górnej maski przebiega srodkowy wypukly pas majacy zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu. W zalamanej czesci przedniej maski znajduje sie otwór o zarysie trapezu równoramiennego, posrodku, którego znajduje sie poprzeczka w ksztalcie litery „Y". The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the car's front hood. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the car's front hood in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the hood in a front view, Fig. 3 - the hood in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the hood in a side view, Fig. 5 - the hood in a side view, Fig. 6 - the hood in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the hood in a bottom view. The front hood of the car, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: in front and rear views, it has the approximate outline of an isosceles trapezoid, the legs of which are arcuate, while in side view, the hood's surface is broken to form the approximate outline of an obtuse angle. A central convex band, approximately trapezoidal in shape, runs across the upper surface of the hood. In the bent part of the front mask there is an opening in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, in the middle of which there is a crossbar in the shape of the letter "Y".
