Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie ramienia mikrofonu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia ramie mikrofonu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry, fig.2- ramie mikrofonu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu z drugiego boku i z góry, fig.3- ramie mikrofonu w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, z boku i z góry, fig.4- ramie mikrofonu w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z dolu, fig.5- ramie mikrofonu w widoku z góry, fig.6- ramie mikrofonu w widoku z boku, fig.7- ramie mikrofonu wwidoku z drugiego boku, fig.8- ramie mikrofonu w widoku z przodu, a fig.9- ramie mikrofonu w widoku z tylu. Ramie mikrofonu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly, w której czesc górna stanowi czesc walca ze skosnie scieta podstawa, zas przylegajaca czesc dolna stanowi bryle, której sciana przednia ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego, sciana tylna ma zarys dwóch prostokatów oddzielonych krawedzia pozioma, przy czym w polu dolnego prostokata widoczne sa trzy obszary prostokatne. Sciana górna czesci dolnej ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego. Ponadto sciana tylna ramienia tworzy, w widoku z boku, zarys kata rozwartego. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the microphone arm. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the microphone arm in perspective views from the front, side, and top, fig. 2 - the microphone arm in perspective views from the front, from the other side, and from above, fig. 3 - the microphone arm in perspective views from the back, from the side, and from above, fig. 4 - the microphone arm in perspective views from the front, from the side, and from below, fig. 5 - the microphone arm in top view, fig. 6 - the microphone arm in side view, fig. 7 - the microphone arm in perspective views from the other side, fig. 8 - the microphone arm in front view, and fig. 9 - the microphone arm in back view. The microphone arm, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a solid in which the upper part is a cylindrical part with an obliquely cut base, while the adjacent lower part is a solid in which the front wall has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, the rear wall has the outline of two rectangles separated by a horizontal edge, wherein three rectangular areas are visible in the area of the lower rectangle. The upper wall of the lower part has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid. Furthermore, the rear wall of the arm forms, in a side view, the outline of an obtuse angle.
