The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the handle for a baking tin. A baking pan holder according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it is in the form of a plate which, in front and back views, has the outline of a portion of a circle, and in side views, has the outline of an obtuse triangle with an arcuate longest side, and in top and bottom views, has the outline of a biconvex lens, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Figs. 3 to 8. Another baking pan holder according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it is in the form of a plate connected to a larger horizontal plate with an outline of a portion of an oval, the plate being situated at an angle to the horizontal plate and having, in front and back views, the outline of a portion of a circle, and in side views, the outline of an obtuse triangle with an arcuate longest side. Furthermore, the plate, in top and bottom views, has the outline of a biconvex lens. In the top and bottom views the handle has an oval outline, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2 and figs. 9 to 14.
