Urzadzenie ma zastosowanie jako jedna z czesci tzw. „elektronicznej opiekunki" i umozliwia kontrole zachowania dziecka znajdujacego sie w innym pomieszczeniu niz opiekunka lub rodzice. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie urzadzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia urzadzenie nadajace sygnal w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, fig.3- urzadzenie w widoku z tylu, fig.4- urzadzenie w widoku z boku, fig.5- urzadzeniew widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- urzadzenie w widoku z góry, a fig.7- urzadzenie w widoku z dolu. Urzadzenie nadajace sygnal wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace korpus z uchwytem, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly, która w widoku z przodu i z tylu ma zarys owalu, przy czym w polu sciany przedniej korpusu widoczny jest panel sterowania majacy zarys owalny, w polu którego znajduje sie centralny kolisty obszar. W czesci dolnej panelu usytuowany jest przycisk o zarysie kolistym, w polu, którego widac podluzne centralne wybranie o zarysie prostokata z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami. W polu sciany tylnej korpusu widoczne jest wypietrzenie majace, w widoku z tylu, zarys owalny i majace lekko wypukla sciane tylna, nad która rozciaga sie uchwyt, którego dlugosc siega okolo 2/3 dlugosci sciany tylnej wypietrzenia. The device is used as one of the parts of a so-called "electronic babysitter" and allows for monitoring the behavior of a child located in a room other than the babysitter or parents. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the device. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the device transmitting the signal in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the device in a front view, fig. 3 - the device in a back view, fig. 4 - the device in a side view, fig. 5 - the device in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the device in a top view, and fig. 7 - the device in a bottom view. An industrial-design signal-transmitting device, comprising a housing with a handle, has the following essential features: the housing has a solid shape, which in front and rear views has an oval outline. The front wall of the housing contains an oval-shaped control panel with a central circular area. A circular button is located in the lower part of the panel, and within this area is a long central recess in the shape of a rectangle with arcuate shorter sides. The rear wall of the housing contains a raised area, which in rear view has an oval outline and a slightly convex rear wall, above which extends a handle, the length of which reaches approximately two-thirds of the length of the rear wall of the raised area.
