Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do zdalnego sterowania. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie urzadzenia do zdalnego sterowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia urzadzenie do zdalnego sterowania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, fig.3- urzadzenie w widoku z tylu, fig.4- urzadzenie w widoku z boku, fig.5- urzadzenie w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- urzadzenie w widoku z góry, a fig.7- urzadzenie w widoku z dolu. Urzadzenie do zdalnego sterowania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujac e czesc przednia i tylna, z których kazda ma odpowiednio, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami, oddzielone obwodowa linia podzialowa, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc przednia ma skosnie zebrana, obwodowa krawedz, zas w polu jej sciany przedniej widoczny jest panel sterujacy zawierajacy dwie grupy przycisków majacych zarysy prostokatów z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami, przy czym w grupie dolnych przycisków znajduja sie dwa wieksze przyciski, których osie wzdluzne sa prostopadle do osiwzdluznych mniejszych przycisków. Obie grupy przycisków oddzielone sa centralnym wybraniem otoczonym przez pierscieniowy element podzielony na cztery czesci. W polu sciany tylnej czesci tylnej urzadzenia widoczne jest centralne koliste obnizenie z wkladka o zarysie kolistym. Ponadto w polu sciany górnej urzadzenia widoczna jest soczewka o zarysie prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami, a w polu sciany dolnej znajduje sie przykrywka komory baterii, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a remote control device. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the remote control device. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the remote control device in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the device in a front view, Fig. 3 - the device in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the device in a side view, Fig. 5 - the device in a second side view, Fig. 6 - the device in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the device in a bottom view. An industrial design remote control device, comprising a front and rear portion, each of which, in front and rear views, has the following essential features: the front portion has a diagonally gathered circumferential edge, and its front wall contains a control panel containing two groups of buttons having rectangular outlines with arcuate shorter sides, with the lower button group containing two larger buttons whose longitudinal axes are perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the smaller buttons. Both groups of buttons are separated by a central recess surrounded by an annular element divided into four parts. The rear wall of the device contains a central circular depression with a circular insert.
