Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie przezroczystego dysku kasetowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia przezroczysty dysk kasetowy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2- dysk w widoku z przodu, fig.3- dysk w widoku z tylu, fig.4- dysk w widoku z góry, fig.5- dysk w widoku zdolu, fig.6- dysk w widoku z boku, fig.7- dysk w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.8- dysk w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, a fig. 9- dysk w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu w pozycji z przesunieta przeslona. Przezroczysty dysk kasetowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt przezroczystej bryly, której sciana górna jest wypukla, zas sciany przednia i tylna sa plaskie w czesci dolnej i srodkowej zas w czesci górnej sa nieco skosne. Sciana dolna i sciany boczne sa plaskie. W polu sciany przedniej widoczny jest obnizony obszar o zarysie prostokatnym, a takze cztery wspólsrodkowe zarysy koliste. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the transparent cassette disc. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the transparent cassette disc in a front perspective view, fig. 2 - the disc in a front view, fig. 3 - the disc in a back view, fig. 4 - the disc in a top view, fig. 5 - the disc in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the disc in a side view, fig. 7 - the disc in a view from the other side, fig. 8 - the disc in a back perspective view, and fig. 9 - the disc in a back perspective view in a position with the shutter moved. A transparent cassette disc, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a transparent solid with a convex top wall, and the front and rear walls are flat in the lower and middle sections, while the upper sections are slightly slanted. The bottom and side walls are flat. The front wall area features a lowered rectangular area, as well as four concentric circular outlines. The rear wall of the disc features a movable, transparent cover in the form of a profiled plate, the shorter section of which overlaps one side wall of the disc, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 9.
