Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odswiezacz powietrza. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z góry i z przodu, fig.2- odswiezacz w widoku z tylu, fig.3- odswiezacz w widoku z boku, fig.4- odswiezacz w widoku z góry, a fig.5- odswiezacz w widoku z dolu. Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly, której sciany boczne maja zarysy faliste, sciana dolna jest plaska, sciana przednia jest wypietrzona do przodu, zas sciana tylna ma, w widoku z boku, zarys linii lamanej. W polu sciany przedniej widoczny jest owalny zarys, zas na wypuklym przejsciu sciany przedniej w sciane górna usytuowane jest wybranie majace zarys figury, która jest polaczeniem okregu i trójkata równoramiennego. W polu sciany dolnej znajduja sie trzy wypukle nózki majace, w widoku z dolu, ksztalty koliste oraz zarys prostokatny polozony w srodku pomiedzy nózkami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.5.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in perspective views from the side, top, and front; Fig. 2 shows the air freshener in a rear view; Fig. 3 shows the air freshener in a side view; Fig. 4 shows the air freshener in a top view; and Fig. 5 shows the air freshener in a bottom view. The air freshener, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has a solid shape with wavy side walls; the bottom wall is flat; the front wall is raised forward; and the back wall, in a side view, has a broken line outline. In the front wall area, an oval outline is visible, while at the convex transition from the front wall to the upper wall, there is a recess shaped like a combination of a circle and an isosceles triangle. In the lower wall area, there are three convex legs that, when viewed from below, have circular shapes, and a rectangular outline located in the center between the legs, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
