Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie urzadzenia transmitujacego dzwieki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia urzadzenie transmitujace dzwieki w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, fig.3- urzadzenie w widoku z tylu, fig.4- urzadzenie w widoku z boku, fig.5- urzadzenie w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- urzadzenie w widoku z góry, a fig.7- urzadzenie w widoku z dolu. Urzadzenie transmitujace dzwieki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace dwa segmenty oddzielone pozioma, obwodowa linia podzialowa oraz podstawe, posiadanastepujace cechy istotne: segment górny ma ksztalt czaszy kulistej, segment dolny ma ksztalt pasa kulistego, a podstawa ma postac plytki o zarysie kolistym, której powierzchnia boczna jest wypukla. Na powierzchni segmentu górnego widoczny jest, od strony przedniej, zarys dwóch czesci kolistych oraz zarys powstaly z polaczenia trzech malych zarysów kolistych. Na linii podzialowej pomiedzy segmentem górnym i dolnym znajduja sie nastepujace elementy: pokretlo z radelkowana sciana boczna usytuowane od strony bocznej urzadzenia, suwak z zabkowana powierzchnia, usytuowany od strony tylnej urzadzenia, oraz gniazdo o zarysie prostokatnym i element o zarysie kolistym. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the device for transmitting sounds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the device for transmitting sounds in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the device in a front view, fig. 3 - the device in a back view, fig. 4 - the device in a side view, fig. 5 - the device in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the device in a top view, and fig. 7 - the device in a bottom view. An industrial-design sound transmission device comprising two segments separated by a horizontal, circumferential dividing line and a base. It has the following key features: the upper segment is in the shape of a spherical bowl, the lower segment is in the shape of a spherical belt, and the base is in the form of a circular plate with a convex lateral surface. The upper segment's surface, from the front, shows the outline of two circular parts and an outline formed by the combination of three small circular outlines. The dividing line between the upper and lower segments contains the following elements: a knob with a knurled side wall located on the side of the device, a slider with a serrated surface located on the rear of the device, and a rectangular socket and a circular element.
