Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie uchwytu prysznica recznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia uchwyt prysznica recznego w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z tylu i z boku, fig.3- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, z przodu i z boku, fig.4- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku w pozycjiodchylonej ku dolowi, fig.5- uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, z tylu i z boku, fig.6- uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig.7- uchwyt w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.8- uchwyt w widoku z boku w pozycji odchylonej ku dolowi, fig.9- uchwyt w widoku z boku w pozycji odchylonej ku górze, fig.10- uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig.11- uchwyt w widoku z tylu, fig.12- uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig.13- uchwyt w widoku z dolu. Uchwyt prysznica recznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy dwa segmenty, z których tylny jest wspornikiem sciennym, a przedni stanowi odchylny wspornik pod glowice prysznica recznego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: wspornik scienny ma plaska sciane tylna i wypukla sciane przednia, z której wystaje ku przodowi wystep, w którym zaczopowany jest odchylny wspornik pod glowice prysznica recznego. Zarys krawedzi odchylnego wspornika ma w przyblizeniu, w widoku z góry i z dolu, ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami, przy czym powierzchnia górna tego wspornika jest wypukla, a krawedzie boczne sa zaokraglone i wywiniete ku dolowi, zas w polu jego powierzchni znajduje sie Wybranie o zarysie trójkata równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami. Krawedz przednia odchylnego wspornika jest utworzona przez profilowana plytke, której powierzchnia górna jest wypukla. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the hand shower holder. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the hand shower holder in a perspective view from above, from the front and from the side, fig. 2 - the holder in a perspective view from above, from the back and from the side, fig. 3 - the holder in a perspective view from below, from the front and from the side, fig. 4 - the holder in a perspective view from above, from the front and from the side in a downward tilted position, fig. 5 - the holder in a perspective view from below, from the back and from the side, fig. 6 - the holder in a side view, fig. 7 - the holder in a view from the other side, fig. 8 - the holder in a side view in a downward tilted position, fig. 9 - the holder in a side view in an upward tilted position, fig. 10 - the holder in a front view, fig. 11 - the holder in a back view, fig. 12 - the holder in a top view, and fig. 13 - the holder in a bottom view. An industrial-design hand shower holder, comprising two segments, the rear of which is a wall bracket and the front of which is a hinged support for the hand shower head, has the following essential features: the wall bracket has a flat rear wall and a convex front wall, from which a protrusion projects forward, into which the hinged support for the hand shower head is engaged. The outline of the edge of the hinged support, when viewed from above and below, is approximately in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with arcuate limbs, with the upper surface of the support being convex and the lateral edges being rounded and flared downwards, and its surface area containing a recess in the outline of an isosceles triangle with rounded vertices. The front edge of the hinged support is formed by a profiled plate with a convex upper surface.
