Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czajnik elektryczny. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac czajnika elektrycznego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czajnik elektryczny w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig. 2 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku z przodu od strony dziobka, fig. 3 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku z tylu od strony uchwytu, fig. 4 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku z prawego boku, fig.5 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 6 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku od dolu. Czajnik elektryczny ma podstawe i pojemnik na wode z uksztaltowanym dziobkiem z przodu i uchwytem z tylu oraz przykryty pokrywka. Podstawa czajnika ma ksztalt okraglej tarczy z zaokraglona górna krawedzia. Od spodu podstawa ma wzdluz jej obwodu pierscieniowe wglebienie rozszerzone z tylu czajnika, a po obu stronach tego rozszerzonego fragmentuwglebienia sa rozmieszczone dwie nózki, zas z przodu we wglebieniu sa dwie czesciowe przegrody ograniczajace wyciecie w scianie bocznej podstawy. Pojemnik czajnika ma ksztalt lekko stozkowy zwezajacy sie do góry, przy czym jego dolna czesc, oddzielona od górnej obwodowa linia jest zaokraglona w kierunku podstawy i na boku z lewej strony ma okragle okienko, a górna czesc z przodu jest wydluzona stopniowo do góry tworzac dziobek otwarty na górze, zas z tylu zawiera oddzielony liniami pionowymi segment, rozciagajacy sie od pokrywki do podstawy, w którym, na calej wysokosci czajnika jest uksztaltowany uchwyt w postaci oblego ucha, który na górze ma osadzony przycisk. W poblizu uchwytu, po obu jego stronach, w powierzchni bocznej pojemnika sa uksztaltowane pionowe wydluzone okna z podzialka. Pokrywka ma ksztalt zblizony do odcinka kuli i jej powierzchnia stanowi ciaglosc z powierzchnia boczna pojemnika i czesciowo uchwytu, przy czym z przodu pokrywka ma przedluzenie wchodzace od góry do dziobka, a w górnej powierzchni ma osadzona owalna plytke z lagodnym wglebieniem. Cechami istotnymi czajnika elektrycznego wedlug wzoru jest to, ze jego podstawa ma ksztalt okraglej tarczy z zaokraglona górna krawedzia która od spodu ma wzdluz jej obwodu pierscieniowe wglebienie rozszerzone z tylu czajnika, a po obu stronach tego rozszerzonego fragmentu wglebienia sa rozmieszczone dwie nózki, zas z przodu we wglebieniu sa dwie czesciowe przegrody ograniczajace wyciecie w scianie bocznej podstawy, natomiast pojemnik czajnika ma ksztalt lekko stozkowy zwezajacy sie do góry, przy czym jego dolna czesc, oddzielona od górnej obwodowa linia jest zaokraglona w kierunku podstawy i na boku z lewej strony ma okragle okienko, a górna czesc z przodu jest wydluzona stopniowo do góry tworzac dziobek otwarty na górze, zas ztylu zawiera oddzielony liniami pionowymi segment, rozciagajacy sie od pokrywki do podstawy, w którym, na calej wysokosci czajnika jest uksztaltowany uchwyt w postaci oblego ucha, który na górze ma osadzony przycisk i w poblizu którego, po obu jego stronach, w powierzchni bocznej pojemnika sa uksztaltowane pionowe wydluzone okna z podzialka zas pokrywka ma ksztalt zblizony do odcinka kuli i jej powierzchnia stanowi ciaglosc z powierzchnia boczna pojemnika i czesciowo uchwytu, przy czym z przodu pokrywka ma przedluzenie wchodzace od góry do dziobka, a w górnej swojej powierzchni ma osadzona owalna plytke z lagodnym wglebieniem, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1-7 .Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6Fig. 7 PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an electric kettle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an electric kettle, manifested in its shape and line layout. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the electric kettle in a perspective view from the front and side, Fig. 2 - the electric kettle in a front view from the spout, Fig. 3 - the electric kettle in a rear view from the handle, Fig. 4 - the electric kettle in a right-side view, Fig. 5 - the electric kettle in a left-side view, Fig. 6 - the electric kettle in a top view, Fig. 7 - the electric kettle in a bottom view. The electric kettle has a base and a water container with a shaped spout at the front and a handle at the rear, covered with a lid. The base of the kettle is in the shape of a circular disc with a rounded upper edge. The base has an annular recess along its perimeter, extending from the rear of the kettle. Two legs are positioned on either side of this extended portion of the recess. At the front, the recess contains two partial partitions that border a cutout in the side wall of the base. The kettle's container has a slightly conical shape that tapers upwards. Its lower section, separated from the upper section by a circumferential line, is rounded towards the base and has a circular window on the left side. The upper section at the front gradually elongates upwards, forming a spout open at the top. At the rear, it contains a segment separated by vertical lines, extending from the lid to the base. This segment, along the entire height of the kettle, features a handle in the form of a rounded handle with a button embedded at the top. Near the handle, on both sides, the side surface of the container features vertical, elongated windows with scales. The lid is shaped like a spherical segment, and its surface is continuous with the side surface of the container and partially the handle. At the front, the lid has an extension extending from the top to the spout, and the upper surface has an oval plate with a gentle recess. The essential features of the electric kettle according to the model are that its base has the shape of a round disc with a rounded upper edge, which from the bottom has along its circumference an annular recess extended at the back of the kettle, and on both sides of this extended part of the recess there are two legs, while at the front in the recess there are two partial partitions limiting the cutout in the side wall of the base, while the kettle's container has a slightly conical shape narrowing upwards, wherein its lower part, separated from the upper by a circumferential line, is rounded towards the base and on the left side has a round window, and the upper part at the front is gradually extended upwards, forming a spout open at the top, while at the back it contains a segment separated by vertical lines, extending from the lid to the base, in which, along the entire height of the kettle, a handle is shaped in in the form of a rounded handle, which has a button mounted on the top and near which, on both sides, vertical elongated windows with a scale are formed in the side surface of the container, while the lid has a shape similar to a section of a sphere and its surface is continuous with the side surface of the container and partly with the handle, while at the front the lid has an extension extending from the top to the spout, and in its upper surface it has an oval plate with a gentle recess, as shown in the attached photographs, fig. 1-7.
