Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac nocnika, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie zewnetrznym, i - w odmianie wykonania, - w ksztalcie jazykrywy. Przedmiot wzoru zobrazowano na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia nocnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - nocnik w odmianie wykonania z pokrywa w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig. 3 - pokrywe w widoku perspektywicznym. Nocnik dla dzieci wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest z tworzywa sztucznego i ma wyglad otwartego od góry pojemnika, przy czym powierzchnia zasadnicza, otaczajaca owalny otwór ma ksztalt odpowiadajacy anatomicznym cechom posladków dziecka. Powierzchnia zasadnicza polaczona jest lagodnymi lukami - z jednej strony z pojemnikiem wlasciwym zaopatrzonym w plaskie dno, z drugiej zas - ze scianami bocznymi nocnika odchylonymi lekko od pionu w dól na zewnatrz i posiadajacymi z przodu i z tylu wybrania. W przednia czesci nocnika powierzchnia zasadnicza uksztaltowana jest w formie niewielkiego, trójkatnego w widoku od przodu i zzaokraglonym wierzcholkiem wysklepienia, polaczonego plynnie z powierzchnia zasadnicza i scianami nocnika. Z tylu i czesciowo z boków otworu uksztaltowane jest oparcie majace postac zakonczonego od góry lagodnym lukiem obnizajacym sie z obydwu boków az do plaszczyzny zasadniczej wystepu. W oparciu, w poblizu górnego luku usytuowany jest owalny otwór, zas sam luk ponad tym otworem wyposazony jest w nakladke. Ta czesc oparcia nocnika tworzy jego uchwyt. W odmianie wykonania - opisany powyzej nocnik dla dzieci zaopatrzony jest w wypukla pokrywe otworu pojemnika wlasciwego. Powierzchnia pokrywy uksztaltowana jest w postac lezacej zaby z glowa, nogami i grzbietem, stanowiacym uchwyt pokrywy. Postac zaby ma wyraznie zaznaczony pyszczek, nozdrza i oczy. Zasadnicza cecha charakterysty tworzacym uchwyt oraz zaopatrzenie lukowatego uchwytu w nakladke, a ponadto usytuowane z tylu i z przodu wybrania pochylych scian bocznych. (M. ZOO 1 ] The subject of the industrial design is a potty for children, made primarily of plastic. The essence of the design is a new form of the potty, visible in its external shape and - in a variant of the design - in the shape of the tongue. The subject of the design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 - shows the potty in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the potty in a variant of the design with a lid in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 - the lid in a perspective view. The potty for children according to the industrial design is made of plastic and has the appearance of a container open at the top, where the main surface surrounding the oval opening has a shape corresponding to the anatomical features of the child's buttocks. The main surface is connected by gentle arches - on one side with the container proper provided with a flat bottom, and on the other - with the side walls of the potty slightly inclined downwards from the vertical on the outside and with recesses at the front and rear. In the front part of the potty, the main surface is shaped like a small, triangular arch, seen from the front, with a rounded top, seamlessly connected to the main surface and the walls of the potty. At the back and partially on the sides of the opening, a backrest is formed, ending at the top with a gentle arch, descending from both sides to the main surface of the protrusion. In the backrest, near the upper arch, there is an oval opening, and the arch itself above this opening is equipped with a cover. This part of the backrest forms the handle. In a variant of the design, the potty for children described above is equipped with a convex cover over the opening of the container itself. The cover surface is shaped like a lying frog with a head, legs, and a back, which serves as a handle for the cover. The frog has a clearly defined snout, nostrils, and eyes. Its main characteristic feature is the handle and the provision of an arched handle with a cover, as well as recesses on the sloping side walls located at the back and front. An additional characteristic feature of the design in its variant, i.e., the potty with a lid, is the shaping of the convex surface of the lid in the form of a lying frog with a head, legs, and back, which serves as the handle for the lid, with a clearly defined snout, nostrils, and eyes.
