The essence of the design is a new form of the ballpoint pen, manifested in its shape. The ballpoint pen according to the decorative pattern, comprising a segmented body, is characterized in that the lower segment of the body has the shape of a truncated cone with a convex side wall, and on the front surface of the middle segment of the body there are several parallel grooves arranged obliquely in relation to its axis and running parallel to the upper edge of the middle segment. The next ballpoint pen, comprising a segmented body, is characterized in that the lower body segment has the shape of a frustoconical cone with a convex sidewall, the middle body segment has a convex sidewall, and in a rear view has the outline of a quadrilateral whose three sides are arcuate, while the upper body segment, in a rear view, has the outline of a quadrilateral whose smaller sides are arcuate. The next ballpoint pen, comprising a segmented body, is characterized in that the lower body segment has the shape of a frustoconical cone with a convex sidewall, the middle body segment has a convex sidewall, and in a rear view has the outline of a quadrilateral whose three sides are arcuate, while the upper body segment, in a rear view, has the outline of a quadrilateral whose smaller sides are arcuate. Furthermore, a hook extends from the oblique upper surface of the upper body segment, roughly in the shape of a parabola, with a protrusion on the longer arm that appears circular in side view. Yet another ballpoint pen, comprising a segmented body, is characterized by the lower body segment having the shape of a truncated cone with a convex side wall, the middle body segment having a convex side wall, and in a rear view, the shape of a quadrilateral, three of whose sides are arcuate, with the front surface of this segment having a dozen or so parallel, arcuate grooves. The upper body segment appears quadrilateral in front view, and in addition, a hook in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid is visible in the upper segment, with an oval protrusion located at the end of the hook. The next ballpoint pen, comprising a segmented body, is characterized in that the lower body segment has the shape of a truncated cone with a convex side wall, the middle body segment has a convex side wall, and in a rear view has the outline of a quadrilateral with three arc-shaped sides and in a side view has the outline of a quadrilateral with two arc-shaped sides and one oblique side, while the upper body segment has the outline of a quadrilateral with two arc-shaped sides and in a side view has the outline of a quadrilateral with two arc-shaped sides and two parallel sides, the upper surface of this segment being oblique. In addition, on the front surface of the lower body segment there are several parallel grooves arranged obliquely in relation to its axis and running parallel to the upper edge of this segment and to the upper surface of the upper body segment, while from the upper surface of the upper body segment protrudes a hook which has an approximate outline of a parabola, and at the end of the longer arm of the parabola there is a protrusion which has a circular outline in the side view and an oval outline in the front view.
