Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa lampy pojazdu. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie obudowy lampy pojazdu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig.l przedstawia obudowe lampy pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- obudowe lampy pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig.3- obudowe lampy pojazdu w widoku z tylu, fig.4- obudowe lampy pojazdu w widoku z góry, fig.5- obudowe lampy pojazdu w widoku z dolu, fig.6- obudowe lampy pojazdu w widoku z boku, a fig.7- obudowe lampy pojazdu w widoku z drugiego boku. Obudowa lampy pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilu z lekko wypukla sciana przednia, w której widoczny jest wystep boczny, odsadzony ku przodowi, tak, ze krawedz odsadzenia, w przyblizeniu tworzy, w widoku z góry, zarys kata rozwartego, którego jedno ramie jest lukowate. W obudowie usytuowany jest otwór, którego jedna czesc jest polozona na scianie przedniej obudowy, a druga czesc na scianie wystepu bocznego, tak, ze tworza one zarysy dwóch prostokatów ustawionych pod katem rozwartym. Ponizejwystepu bocznego przebiega wzdluzne wklesniecie dzielace szerokosc sciany przedniej na wyzsza czesc górna i nizsza czesc dolna. Wklesniecie to konczy sie w poblizu prawej krawedzi obudowy. W polach scian bocznych obudowy znajduja sie wyciecia o zarysach litery „C". Prawa krawedz obudowy lampy, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, tworzy zarys lukowaty. Na scianie górnej obudowy znajduja sie trzy wystepy, kazdy majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys krzyza, zas na scianie dolnej znajduja sie dwa koliste wklesniecia, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG. 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vehicle lamp housing. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the vehicle lamp housing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the vehicle lamp housing in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the vehicle lamp housing in a front view, Fig. 3 - the vehicle lamp housing in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the vehicle lamp housing in a top view, Fig. 5 - the vehicle lamp housing in a bottom view, Fig. 6 - the vehicle lamp housing in a side view, and Fig. 7 - the vehicle lamp housing in a side view. The vehicle lamp housing, according to the industrial design, has the following significant features: it has the form of a profile with a slightly convex front wall, in which a lateral projection is visible, offset forward, so that the offset edge, when viewed from above, approximately forms the outline of an obtuse angle, one arm of which is arcuate. The housing has an opening, one part of which is located on the front wall of the housing, and the other part on the side projection wall, so that they form the outlines of two rectangles set at an obtuse angle. Below the side projection runs a longitudinal concavity dividing the width of the front wall into a higher upper part and a lower lower part. This concavity ends near the right edge of the housing. In the areas of the side walls of the housing, there are cutouts in the shape of the letter "C." The right edge of the lamp housing, in front and rear views, forms an arcuate outline. On the top wall of the housing, there are three projections, each having, in top view, the outline of a cross, while on the bottom wall, there are two circular concavities, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
