Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia opakowanie typu „blister w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z góry i z przodu, fig.2- opakowanie w widoku z przodu, fig.3- opakowanie w widoku z boku, fig.4- opakowanie w widoku z góry, fig.5- opakowanie w widoku z tylu, fig.6- opakowanie w widoku z drugiego boku, a fig.7- opakowanie w widoku z dolu. Opakowanie typu „blister" wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac wypuklej sciany, która w czesci dolnej ma odsadzenie, którego krawedz górna przebiega lukowato od lewej ku prawej stronie sciany. Ponadto przy prawej krawedzi sciany znajduje sie ozdobna wieloscienna wypuklosc, która wystaje ku przodowi ponad powierzchnie sciany. Wokól krawedzi sciany przebiega plaski kolnierz, którego krawedz górna ma zarys lukowaty, przy czym pod ta lukowata czescia krawedziznajduje sie otwór w ksztalcie szescioboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the blister pack. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a blister pack in a perspective view from the side, from above and from the front, fig. 2 - the pack in a front view, fig. 3 - the pack in a side view, fig. 4 - the pack in a top view, fig. 5 - the pack in a back view, fig. 6 - the pack in a view from the other side, and fig. 7 - the pack in a bottom view. The blister pack, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the form of a convex wall, which in the lower part has an offset, the upper edge of which runs in an arc from the left to the right side of the wall. Furthermore, at the right edge of the wall there is a decorative polyhedral convexity that protrudes forward above the surface of the wall. A flat flange runs around the edge of the wall, the upper edge of which has an arcuate outline, and under this arcuate part of the edge there is a hexagonal opening, three of whose sides are arcuate. The lower wall of the package has a depression in the middle, running slightly diagonally towards the front, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
