Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw kosmetyczny w opakowaniu typu „blister". Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu zestawu kosmetycznego w opakowaniu typu „blister". Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia zestaw kosmetyczny w opakowaniu typu „blister" w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zestaw w widoku z przodu, fig.3- zestaw w widoku z tylu, fig.4- zestaw w widoku z boku, fig.5- zestaw w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- zestaw w widoku z góry, a fig.7- zestaw w widoku z dolu. Zestaw kosmetyczny w opakowaniu typu „blister" wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy pojemnik walcowy, narzedzie kosmetyczne oraz kartonowa wkladke umieszczone wewnatrz opakowania typu „blister", posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: opakowanie typu „blister" ma, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys prostokata, którego jeden krótszy bok jest lukowaty, przy czym opakowanie zawiera dwie centralne wypuklosci tworzace lacznie ksztalt walca z wypukla sciana górna, który to ksztalt jest dopasowany dowalcowego pojemnika. Centralna walcowa wypuklosc opakowania laczy sie z ksztaltowa boczna wypukloscia polozona od strony prawej krawedzi opakowania, której ksztalt jest dopasowany do ksztaltu znajdujacego sie w niej narzedzia kosmetycznego obejmujacego glowice oraz wydluzony uchwyt o zarysie falistym. W dolnej czesci opakowania, od strony przedniej, przebiega kartonowa wkladka w postaci pasa, którego krawedz górna jest lukowata i którego wysokosc jest nizsza przy prawej krawedzi opakowania. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the features of the shape of the cosmetic set in a blister pack. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows a cosmetic set in a blister pack in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the set in a front view, fig. 3 - the set in a back view, fig. 4 - the set in a side view, fig. 5 - the set in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the set in a top view, and fig. 7 - the set in a bottom view. A cosmetic set in a blister package according to an industrial design, comprising a cylindrical container, a cosmetic tool and a cardboard insert placed inside the blister package, has the following essential features: the blister package has, in a front and back view, a rectangular outline, one shorter side of which is arcuate, wherein the package contains two central protrusions that together form a cylinder with a convex top wall, which shape is adapted to the cylindrical container. The central cylindrical protrusion of the package connects with a shaped lateral protrusion located on the right edge of the package, the shape of which is adapted to the shape of the cosmetic tool contained therein, including a head and an elongated handle with a wave-shaped outline. In the lower part of the package, on the front side, there is a cardboard insert in the form of a strip, the upper edge of which is arcuate and the height of which is lower at the right edge of the package. Furthermore, a cutout is located under the arcuate upper edge of the package, constituting a hanger for the package, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
