Wspólna cecha charakterystyczna pudel wedlug wzoru jest to, ze ich zewnetrzne scianki boczne przedstawiaja barwny, powtarzajacy sie, obraz ogórków, imitujacy wypelnienie nimi pudla. Pudlo do przechowywania i transportu warzyw przedstawione na fig. 1 do fig. 3 ma postac otwartego od góry prostopadloscianu, którego zarówno dluzsze jak i krótsze scianki boczne sa zaopatrzone u góry w ksztaltowe naciecia, umozliwiajace zagiecie górnej czesci tych scianek w kierunku do srodka pudla, a przez to wzmocnienie obrzezy, oraz zapewniajace przeplyw powietrza. Krótsze scianki boczne posiadaja po bokach przedluzenia, które sa naciete od strony dluzszych scianek bocznych i trzykrotnie zlozone tworzac wzmocnione naroza pudla, majace w widoku z góry ksztalt trójkata. Naroza pudla sa wyzsze od jego scianek bocznych. Wysokosc narozy pudla jest w przyblizeniu równa polowie szerokosci pudla.Cecha charakterystyczna pudla wedlug wzoru jest to, ze jego zewnetrzne scianki boczne przedstawiaja barwny obraz ogórków, imitujacy wypelnienie nimi pudla. Odmiana pudla przedstawiona na fig. 4 do fig. 6 rózni sie od pudla wedlug fig. 1 do fig. 3 tym, ze jego dluzsze scianki boczne sa zaopatrzone u góry w ksztaltowe wyciecia, zapewniajace przeplyw powietrza, natomiast krótsze scianki boczne sa wyzsze i zaopatrzone u góry w naciecia, umozliwiajace odgiecie górnej czesci tych scianek, pod katem prostym, w kierunku do srodka pudla, a przez to wzmocnienie górnej krawedzi scianek. Krawedzie laczace krótsze scianki z dnem pudla sa u dolu zaopatrzone w niewielkie prostokatne wyciecia, natomiast u góry zewnetrzne krawedzie krótkich scianek sa zaopatrzone w prostokatne wypusty, odpowiadajace rozmiarem wycieciom dolnym i umozliwiajace skladowanie pudel w pozycji jedno na drugim. Ponadto dluzsze scianki boczne posiadaja po bokach przedluzenia, które sa naciete od strony dluzszych scianek bocznych i trzykrotnie zlozone, tworzac wzmocnione naroza pudla. Krótsze scianki boczne pudla sa dodatkowo zaopatrzone w podluzne prostokatne wyciecia z zaokraglonymi krótszymi bokami, sluzace do wsadzenia palców dloni i chwycenia pudla. Wysokosc krótszych scianek bocznych pudla jest w przyblizeniu równa polowie szerokosci pudla. The subject of the industrial design is a box for storing and transporting vegetables, particularly cucumbers, made of thick cardboard or paperboard. The essence of the design is the new form of the box, manifested in its shape and color. Known boxes for storing and transporting vegetables are rectangular cardboard boxes or wooden crates. The box for storing and transporting vegetables according to the design differs from these known boxes primarily in that its outer walls are provided with color photographs or drawings of the products contained within, imitating the box's filling with that product. Essential features of the industrial design: The box for storing and transporting vegetables, shown in Figures 1 to 9, has the form of a cuboid with an open top and a rectangular base. A common characteristic of the boxes according to the design is that their outer side walls depict a colorful, repeating image of cucumbers, simulating the filling of the box. The box for storing and transporting vegetables, shown in Figures 1 to 3, has the form of a cuboid with an open top, with both the longer and shorter side walls provided with shaped cuts at the top, allowing the upper portion of these walls to be folded towards the center of the box, thereby reinforcing the edges and ensuring airflow. The shorter side walls have extensions on the sides, which are cut from the longer side walls and folded three times, creating reinforced corners of the box, which, when viewed from above, have a triangular shape. The corners of the box are higher than the side walls. The height of the corners is approximately equal to half the width of the box. A characteristic feature of the box according to the pattern is that its outer side walls depict a colorful image of cucumbers, imitating the filling of the box with them. The version of the box shown in Fig. 4 to Fig. 6 differs from the box according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 in that its longer side walls are provided at the top with shaped cutouts to ensure airflow, while the shorter side walls are higher and provided at the top with notches enabling the upper part of these walls to be bent at a right angle towards the center of the box, thereby reinforcing the upper edge of the walls. The edges connecting the shorter walls to the bottom of the box are provided at the bottom with small rectangular cutouts, while at the top the outer edges of the short walls are provided with rectangular projections corresponding in size to the bottom cutouts and enabling the boxes to be stacked. In addition, the longer side walls have extensions on the sides, which are cut into the longer side walls and folded three times, creating reinforced corners. The shorter side walls also have elongated rectangular cutouts with rounded shorter sides, allowing the fingers to be inserted and gripped. The height of the shorter side walls is approximately half the width of the box. A characteristic feature of the box shown in Fig. 4 to Fig. 6, similarly to the box according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, is that its outer side walls present a colored image of cucumbers, imitating the filling of the box with them. The version of the box shown in Fig. 7 to Fig. 9 differs from the box according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 in that the height of the shorter side walls corresponds to the height of the box corner and is approximately equal to half of its width, and the upper edge of the shorter walls is not bent towards the center of the box.
