Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Butelka przeznaczona jest jako opakowanie srodków kosmetycznych badz srodków czystosci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z góry, fig.4- butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.5- butelke w widoku z boku, a fig.6- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus oraz pompke dozujaca, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne:korpus ma podstawe owalna, a w widoku z góry, ma zarys w przyblizeniu rombu z lukowatymi ramionami i narozami, zas, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, ma zarys trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi ramionami i narozami, przy czym sciana przednia i tylna korpusu przebiega w czesci górnej skosnie ku dolowi, a w pozostalej czesci pionowo. Na plaskiej scianie górnej korpusu usytuowana jest pompka dozujaca, która w czesci dolnej ma ksztalt walca, przy którego dolnej podstawie znajduje sie wystep w postaci plytki o zarysie czesci owalu, wysunietej ku przodowi do plaszczyzny sciany przedniej korpusu. W czesci górnej pompka dozujaca ma postac dwóch segmentów w ksztalcie walców o zróznicowanej srednicy podstawy oraz wystepu dozujacego majacego w widoku z góry zarys owalu, przy czym czesc przednia wystepu jest scieta i ma prostokatny otwór. Zarys powierzchni górnej i dolnej wystepu jest lukowaty, a jego przednia krawedz wystaje poza plaszczyzne sciany przedniej korpusu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.6.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 FIG.6 PL PL3/ Manfred Georg Friedrich ZSCHEILE The design registration is valid from: 4 July 2003 Priority: 7 January 2003 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle. The bottle is intended as packaging for cosmetics or cleaning products. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a top view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 5 - the bottle in a side view, and fig. 6 - the bottle in a bottom view. The industrial design bottle, comprising a body and a dispensing pump, has the following essential features: the body has an oval base, and when viewed from above, it has a roughly rhombus-shaped outline with arcuate arms and corners, while when viewed from the front and back, it has an isosceles trapezoid-shaped outline with arcuate arms and corners, with the front and rear walls of the body running diagonally downward in the upper section and vertical in the remaining section. The dispensing pump is located on the flat upper wall of the body, which is cylindrical in its lower section, with a protrusion in the form of a plate with an oval-shaped outline, protruding forward to the plane of the front wall of the body. In its upper part, the metering pump has the form of two cylindrical segments with different base diameters and a metering projection having an oval outline in a top view, wherein the front part of the projection is truncated and has a rectangular opening. The outline of the upper and lower surfaces of the projection is arc-shaped, and its front edge protrudes beyond the plane of the front wall of the body, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
