Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika do odswiezania urzadzen sanitarnych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Pojemnik do odswiezania urzadzen sanitarnych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik do odswiezania urzadzen sanitarnych w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku z jednego boku, fig.3 - pojemnik w widoku z góry,fig.4 - pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig.5 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.6 - pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig.7 - pojemnik w widoku z drugiego boku. Pojemnik do odswiezania urzadzen sanitarnych ma korpus z uchwytem i pokrywe. Cechami charakterystycznymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze, korpus pojemnika ma ksztalt zblizony walca, przy czym przy górnej krawedzi jego powierzchnia boczna jest poszerzona tworzac kolnierz obejmujacy pokrywe, a dolna jego krawedz jest zaokraglona i z przodu i po bokach ma szczeliny rozmieszczone pionowo od kolnierza korpusu do obrzeza otworu korpusu uksztaltowanego w jego dnie. W tyle pojemnika, od boków i dna korpusu wystaje pólka lekko zaokraglona i nieckowata po bokach i stosunkowo prosta z tylu, nad która jest umieszczona kratka z tylu o ksztalcie przypominajacym pólke, ale wystajaca poza jej zarys, i rozciagajaca sie w otworze w dnie korpusu. Na górnej powierzchni korpus ma stojace obrzeza i ma rozmieszczone symetrycznie stojace dwa walce, z których jeden jest zakonczony mniejszym walcowym wystepem, a drugi walcowym wglebieniem, a na zewnatrz wzgledem nich sa dwa kolowe wglebienia oraz kilka plytkowych zaczepów. Na górnej powierzchni korpusu jest umieszczona przezroczysta pokrywa majaca ogólnie ksztalt czesci elipsoidy, splaszczona od tylu na prawie calej jej wysokosci i majaca z tylu plaskie wglebienie mieszczace czesc uchwytu i podzielona na dwie czesci w plaszczyznie symetrii pojemnika.Od dna korpusu pojemnika odchodzi tez tasmowy uchwyt, który rozciaga sie do góry wzdluz powierzchni bocznej korpusu, nad nim jest odgiety pod katem prostym do przodu i do góry z utworzeniem stopnia i jest umieszczony we wglebieniu pokrywy, a nad pokrywa jest wywiniety z utworzeniem podwójnej od strony pokrywy, czesciowo otwartej petli. Na przedniej powierzchni uchwytu, za pokrywa jest wzdluzny trapezowy wystep usytuowany w rowku pomiedzy czesciami pokrywy, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-7. The right in registration of the industrial design is valid from January 16, 2002. Priority: July 18, 2001, WIPO. The subject of the industrial design is a container for refreshing sanitary appliances. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container for refreshing sanitary appliances, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. The container for refreshing sanitary appliances, according to the industrial design, is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container for refreshing sanitary appliances in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the container in a view from one side, Fig. 3 - the container in a top view, Fig. 4 - the container in a bottom view, Fig. 5 - the container in a front view, Fig. 6 - the container in a back view, Fig. 7 - the container in a view from the other side. The container for refreshing sanitary fixtures has a body with a handle and a lid. The characteristic features of this industrial design are that the body of the container is roughly cylindrical, with the side surface widening at the upper edge to form a flange that encloses the lid, while its lower edge is rounded and has slots on the front and sides, vertically extending from the body flange to the edge of the body opening in the bottom. At the rear of the container, a shelf protrudes from the sides and bottom of the body, slightly rounded and trough-shaped on the sides and relatively straight at the back. Above this shelf is a rear grid, shaped like a shelf but extending beyond its outline and extending into the opening in the bottom of the body. On the upper surface, the body has standing edges and two symmetrically arranged standing cylinders, one of which terminates in a smaller cylindrical protrusion, the other in a cylindrical recess. Externally, there are two circular recesses and several plate-like hooks. A transparent cover is located on the upper surface of the body, generally in the shape of a partial ellipsoid, flattened at the rear along almost its entire height, and having a flat recess at the rear that accommodates part of the handle, divided into two parts in the container's plane of symmetry. A ribbon handle also extends from the bottom of the container body. It extends upward along the side surface of the body. Above it, it is bent forward and upward at right angles, forming a step, and is placed in the recess of the cover. Above the cover, it is folded over, forming a double, partially open loop on the cover side. On the front surface of the handle, behind the cover, there is a longitudinal trapezoidal projection located in the groove between the cover parts, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-7.
