Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac odkurzacza, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór odkurzacza uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig.1 przedstawia odkurzacz w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 2 - odkurzacz w widoku perspektywicznym od spodu, fig. 3 - odkurzacz w widoku od strony jednego boku, fig. 4 - odkurzacz w widoku od strony drugiego boku, fig.5 - odkurzacz w widoku z góry, fig.6 - odkurzacz w widokuod dolu, fig.7 - odkurzacz w widoku z przodu, fig.8 - odkurzacz w widoku od tylu. Odkurzacz majacy dwuczesciowy korpus z trzema wystajacymi na zewnatrz kólkami, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do graniastoslupa o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach. Jedna podstawa korpusu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o wypuklej na zewnatrz powierzchni, a przeciwlegla podstawa jest znacznie mniejsza i ma pólkulisty ksztalt. Górna sciana korpusu odkurzacza jest lukowato wygieta do dolu , a na przednim koncu ma, wystajacy na zewnatrz , zaokraglony uchwyt z otworem. Uchwyt stanowi przedluzenie górnej sciany odkurzacza. W widoku z góry, sciana górna ma dwie , zachodzace na siebie czesci przednia i tylna, przy czym przednia czesc ma ksztalt owalny, zas tylna ma ksztalt prostokatny o ramionach wystajacych na boki, przy czym ramiona stanowia przedluzenie scian bocznych odkurzacza. W poblizu tylnego konca korpus odkurzacza ma owalne wybranie, nad którym jest usytuowana poprzeczna listwa, o wygietych w kierunku srodka sciany górnej, krawedziach. W jednym narozu, na krawedzi wybrania jest wystajacy na zewnatrz walcowy bolec. Po jednej stronie wybrania, w jego srodku jest prostokatna szczelina. Owalne wybranie jest otoczone po obu stronach trójkatnym zaglebieniem. Od spodu, korpus odkurzacza ma usytuowane trzy kólka. Dwa boczne kólka sa umieszczone na trójkatnych wystepach, a trzecie, srodkowe kólko jest usytuowane od przodu, na kopulastym wystepie, otoczonym rowkiem. Od kólka odchodzi listwa o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokatnego. Wokól sciany spodniej, odkurzacz ma wzdluzne wyprofilowanie, rozszerzajace sie do tylu. Natomiast w widoku z boku tylny koniec odkurzacza jest uksztaltowany koliscie, przy czym koniec ten wystaje poza obrys sciany bocznej odkurzacza. Czesc przednia sciany górnej odkurzacza jest w innym odcieniu. PL PLVacuum Cleaner The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from: August 9, 2001. Priority: February 13, 2001, WIPO. The subject of the ornamental design is a vacuum cleaner. The essence of the design is a new form of a vacuum cleaner, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The vacuum cleaner design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the vacuum cleaner in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 - the vacuum cleaner in a bottom perspective view, Fig. 3 - the vacuum cleaner in a side view, Fig. 4 - the vacuum cleaner in a side view, Fig. 5 - the vacuum cleaner in a top view, Fig. 6 - the vacuum cleaner in a bottom view, Fig. 7 - the vacuum cleaner in a front view, Fig. 8 - the vacuum cleaner in a rear view. The vacuum cleaner, having a two-part body with three outwardly protruding wheels, is characterized by a body roughly resembling a prism with rounded edges and corners. One base of the body is roughly rectangular with an outwardly convex surface, while the opposite base is significantly smaller and hemispherical. The upper wall of the vacuum cleaner body is arched downward, and at the front end, it has a rounded handle with an opening protruding outward. The handle is an extension of the upper wall of the vacuum cleaner. Viewed from above, the upper wall has two overlapping sections: the front and rear, with the front section being oval in shape and the rear section being rectangular with arms extending laterally, the arms being an extension of the side walls of the vacuum cleaner. Near the rear end, the vacuum cleaner body has an oval recess, above which is a transverse strip with edges bent towards the center of the upper wall. In one corner, at the edge of the recess, there is a cylindrical pin protruding outward. On one side of the recess, in its center, is a rectangular slot. The oval recess is surrounded on both sides by a triangular recess. The vacuum cleaner body has three wheels at the bottom. Two side wheels are mounted on triangular protrusions, and the third, central wheel is located at the front, on a domed protrusion surrounded by a groove. A strip extends from the wheel, roughly rectangular in shape. Around the bottom wall, the vacuum cleaner has a longitudinal profile, widening toward the rear. In a side view, the rear end of the vacuum cleaner is circular, with this end protruding beyond the outline of the side wall. The front part of the top wall is a different shade.
