Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie prawej czesci panela czyszczacego. Panel ma zastosowanie jako wyposazenie srodków lokomocji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia prawa czesc panela czyszczacego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2-prawa czesc panela w widoku z tylu, fig.3- prawa czesc panela w wi- doku z przodu, fig.4- prawa czesc panela w widoku z góry, fig.5- prawa czesc panela w widoku z dolu, fig.6- prawa czescpanela w widoku z boku, a fig.7- prawa czesc panela w widoku z drugiego boku. Prawa czesc panela czyszczacego, wedlug wzoru prze- myslowego, obejmujaca profilowany korpus i profilowana wklad- ke z porowatego materialu, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus stanowi pólke górna, której dluzsze krawedzie, w wido- ku z góry i z dolu, maja zarysy lukowate, a w jej polu znaj- duje sie otwór o zarysie prostokatnym. Od pólki górnej odcho- dzi ku dolowi scianka przednia z dwoma podcieciami o zarysie litery "U" oraz scianka tylna z trzema podcieciami, dwoma prostokatnymi i jednym lukowatym. Od przodu, pomiedzy podcie- ciami o zarysie "U", usytuowane jest wglebienie, które w wi- doku z przodu ma zarys wieloboku. Profilowana wkladka z poro- watego materialu znajduje sie na powierzchniach wewnetrznych korpusu i ma krawedz dolna utworzona z linii prostych i luko- watych. Ponadto na lewym koncu prawej czesci panela czyszcza- cego znajduje sie wyciecie o zarysie litery "U", a przy pra- wym koncu znajduje sie kolisty otwór, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.7. The novelty and originality of the design are manifested in the shape of the right part of the cleaning panel. The panel is used as equipment for means of transport. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the right part of the cleaning panel in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the right part of the panel in a back view, fig. 3 - the right part of the panel in a front view, fig. 4 - the right part of the panel in a top view, fig. 5 - the right part of the panel in a bottom view, fig. 6 - the right part of the panel in a side view, and fig. 7 - the right part of the panel in a side view. The right-hand side of the cleaning panel, designed according to an industrial design and comprising a profiled body and a profiled insert made of porous material, has the following significant features: the body is an upper shelf, the longer edges of which, viewed from above and below, have arcuate outlines, and within this shelf is a rectangular opening. A front wall extends downward from the upper shelf with two U-shaped undercuts and a rear wall with three undercuts, two rectangular and one arc. At the front, between the U-shaped undercuts, is a recess, which, viewed from the front, has a polygonal outline. The profiled insert made of porous material is located on the interior surfaces of the body and has a lower edge composed of straight and arcuate lines. In addition, there is a U-shaped cutout at the left end of the right part of the cleaning panel, and a circular opening at the right end, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to fig. 7.
